Summary: This is a great place to stay would certainly stay here again quiet peaceful, beautiful mountains all around can’t wait to stay again.Anne Was so responsive to any need I had and check to make sure everything was OK. The place was clean and Neat we just loved it there.The game room it’s where we spent a lot of time and I’m certain if you stay at this place, you will probably spend a lot of time in that room as well. A very nice place to stay. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Summary: Our family of 4 stayed comfortably for a long President’s Day weekend. The home is cozy, clean, and very well decorated! Our children (3 & 5) had fun playing inside the house and exploring outside as well. The homeowner, Anne, is a pleasure to work with! It was evident that she truly cared about the quality of our stay. Our kids keep asking when we are going back to our new home lol. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Anne was an incredibly responsive host, the house was perfectly kept, beds were comfortable, and we were within ~30 minutes of all the mountain activities! Would come here again.

Summary: We loved the house from the pictures, but when we arrived we liked it even more. It’s very comfortable and beautiful there. The games are the difference, we played domino, pictonary and jenga. Colored pencils were a plus for my 2 year old son. Snooker in a heated environment is also perfect. The house is close to the mountains, so we went to Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. We all slept very well as the beds are super comfortable. Anyway, we just have to thank Anne for her kindness and friendliness in helping us find the location of the house, which was a little difficult using the GPS. We want to come back next time to see the snow falling. We recommend it to everyone!

Summary: We spent a long weekend and had a great time! The weather was really cold our first full day, but we stayed busy with all the games, DVD collection was on point with a choice available for everyone and the game room was a bonus! It had a pool table that entertained everyone for hours.We had read the previous reviews about the WiFi and it had us a bit worried. But the homeowners must have worked some magic because we were able to get service to all of our phones and TVs, streaming all of our shows with no problem! Not far from 2 mountains with plenty of options to choose from in the neighboring towns. House is decorated well and the kitchen had everything you need to make any meal. They even had spices available, which not all STR have. Great experience all around. Would definitely go back another time.

Summary: This older farmhouse has been updated with all the amenities. It was immaculate and very nicely decorated.We rented 3 places near us in the mountains, two did not have air conditioning which is not uncommon here where it’s not often needed. However, it was unusually hot the first weekend in July and all the other people roasted, not so in this delightful house.The only negative was that there wasn’t a single sheet of toilet paper or paper towels when they checked in. I don’t know if that was a failure of cleaning or owners or Evolve policy but it would normally be a problem. In our case, it was okay since I was right down the road and quickly remedied the issue.

Summary: The property is cozy. Plus side: surrounded by lots of mountains and life, well stocked for kitchen and there are games and movies. Negativity, there is no covering on any of the windows. No curtains or blinds. The internet connection is horrible and very lagging. There is also a beeping sound that occurs every 2-3 minutes. No Verizon cell service is available
