We’ve taken the effort out of making memories and great experiences!
Deer Manor is a completely remodeled Lake Texoma cabin, with lots of space, privacy, and world-class fishing! The cabin is surrounded by trees, but has a long open yard that backs up to 300+ acres of heavily forested Corps of Engineers property which supports an abundance of wildlife, such as turkey, raccoon, foxes, and of course, deer. Start your morning off with coffee from the living room’s HUGE picture windows overlooking our beautifully treed property watching the birds, and other wildlife.
Good hiking/walking trails through the Corps property, and straight to the lake shore, but don’t stop there; feel free to satisfy your wanderlust and hike the many trails that wind their way through the forest.
We provide quality recreational equipment, and lots of fun activities on the property. You'll have access to fishing poles and tackle and kayaks. We have two great geocaching courses, a tire-swing, a basketball court, horseshoes, corn-hole, a selection of board games and a small library with great books about adventure and woodcraft.
Our cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room/dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen. Our property is functional, affordable, and was very well thought-out in preparing it for you and your family.

Summary: Loved the location. Walked through the beautiful woods to the lake each day with our dog. We did have to go get our own logs for the fire ( we were supposed to have enough on hand for at least 2 fires) But we thoroughly enjoyed the seating area around the fire pit. Also we played some horseshoes.

Summary: Deer manor far exceeded our expectations! The place itself was extremely clean and was fully supplied with everything we needed. Everything is so well thought out down to a light installed by every bunk (of the triple bunk bed). The space outside was just what our family needed. Endless places to run and play. We walked the trail down to the water a few times and it was so beautiful. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: My husband and I came for a kids free weekend away. The house is so comfortable and has everything for a great stay. The outside is beautiful, but could use a few comfy outside chairs. We enjoyed the water, the hiking, the state park that was close, and enjoyed spending time at the cabin.

Summary: Deer Manor is one of the best properties our family has stayed at. First of all, its location was ideal. We all loved the walking trails right off the property. The kids enjoyed biking all over and going down to Lake Texoma. All the activities on the property; horseshoes, geocaching and treasure hunting made our Labor Day weekend memorable. Also, the interior was exceptionally clean and all of the decor, bedding, and games kept us quite comfortable.

Summary: Absolutely perfect cabin for a quiet getaway or to set up base camp to explore the area! Location is tucked away from any noise of roads, etc. Cabin is well-equipped but retains the rustic, wilderness cabin feel. We really enjoyed our escape at this well-equipped and meticulously planned cabin. Can't wait to book it again and again.

Summary: My family and I had the absolute best weekend in this cozy cabin. The cabin has everything you could need and more. The kids all had their own bunks and loved it. We spent as much time as possible enjoying the gorgeous property. My husband quickly became obsessed with bird watching. The golf cart was an added plus. We can’t wait to come back in the fall. Summary: Loved everything! Saw a huge buck one Morning. Teens loved the outside amenities. Only negative was the water level was high so we weren’t able to really get to The water from the property to swim and fish
