Newly Built townhome (2021). Large and spacious floor plan with all new appliances and fittings you would expect from a brand new build. Large two car garage, suitable for two SUVS. Private back patio. Our kitchen has been fully stocked with all new utensils and cookware to eat in when you want to. Large balcony off the master bedroom for viewing the surrounding mountains and lake. All new flat screen smart TVS are installed.

Summary: There are security cameras (on the front door and also google home) which are not disclosed. On arrival the pans and cutlery were not clean. There is no non-stick frying pan. The water is only mildly hot and not possible to make hotter. There are no bedside tables or lights. There are no floor mats at the front door or for either the hot tub porch or the back porch. There are no coat hooks and there was no garage door clicker opener (despite it being promised). Service people would let themselves in without warning or checking whether it was ok. There were extra towels and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped and it was good to have essential supplies. Paint is peeling from the stairwell wall. The maximum weight limit for the upper bunk is 175lbs which is not enough for a normal adult.

Summary: This place was great very clean. Two issues we had though. Finding it was difficult when we first showed up. We were given two different addresses because it was new construction so went to the wrong place first. Second issue was there were no places to eat right by the house had to drive down to Heber or into Park City, but door dash delivered.

Summary: This was the perfect place to spend a week skiing in Utah. Less than 10 minutes from the lifts in park city, an easy drive into the cottonwood canyon, and a quick ride to SLC for the airport or a night out. We did both! The house was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great - especially the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The communication with the owners was great! We’ll be back!

Summary: Brand spanking new, clean, and well provisioned. Hideout location is 10min drive to PC which is far enough away from the crazy but close enough to ski daily. 30+ inches of freshy while we were here. Backside entrance to Deer Valley via Mayflower is great. Views of the reservoir and Deer Valley are unparalleled. Wifi was fast and reliable. Beds comfy. Place would fit family of 6 perfect, maybe 8 if you but 4 in the bunk room. Neighborhood construction nearby was not an issue. We liked the Hideout area so much, we bought a place of our own for next year.
