Positive: Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good for travel to Algonquin Park.

Negative: A bit expensive given the resort features that are available like the indoor pool (small), arcade and restaurants. Didn't take advantage of outdoor pool or restaurants. Found that dining options were better in nearby Huntsville than at the resort. Main building was full so was located at the Bayshore building about 5 minute walk away from main building. Was early in the season so many things were not open or available.

Negative: Bayshore rooms felt a little tired. Huge room, tiny bathroom. We went Easter weekend and it was absolute chaos especially for the activities that were held. It was nice just a little bit “full”

Positive: Great big property with a lot of different options and very nice with kids (treehouse, pool, …). A lot of activities proposed and loads to do in the area.

Negative: A bit old, some parts of the property could really be refurbished. It gives an old-fashioned look :)

Negative: I didn't like that I called the front desk about kids running around the hallways past 9pm and slamming on doors I know kiddos are just trying to have fun but they said they would send a security guy but the hallway running and door slamming didn't end till around midnight I also called twice and hour after my first call Also no microwave in the bayshore room

Positive: Property was clean, staffs were friendly and helpful. Would also add Mr. Paul shuttle service was good too.

Negative: We stayed in Bayshore, there were no microwave , would be good if there is microwave, vending machines in common food area in the building as we had troubled in heating milk, food items for kids. We had to go to pavilion main entrance and there were no microwave too, we asked reception desk and they helped in heating kids food. It was little trouble especially in this regard as kids sometimes may get stomach upset if they eat cold food. Would be good if it was mentioned clearly that Bayshore building will not have any reception, vending machines and microwave. Was it mentioned earlier than we could have planned accordingly! Thanks
