A newly renovated estate overlooking the East Branch of the Upper Delaware River provides the perfect venue for all your needs. Designed to accommodate large family gatherings, corporate retreats, and weddings, are just a few of the special events that we can accommodate during your stay.

DeerRidge Estate By Brophy consists of 3 separate units, The Main Lodge, 1 Bedroom Suite and 5 Bedroom Suite. This signature estate accommodates a party of up to 40 guests.

The Main Lodge consists of 11 Bedrooms, 5 private baths, and 3 shared full baths, a large spacious full kitchen, living room/dining room w/ large flat-screen TV, and large sports bar w/ pool table.

The 1 Bedroom Suite consists of 1 bedroom, full kitchen and shared dining area, living room w/pull-out sofa and a full bath.

The 5 Bedroom Suite consists of 1 bedroom on the main level and 4 private bedrooms on the upper level. There are 3 shared full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, and living room.

A 6 man hot tub, an above-ground pool, and an outdoor fire pit are only a few amenities that are provided during your stay.

Please check out our adjoining RiverView Estate. Each venue offer top notch accommodations located at the foothills of the Catskills in Upstate New York just outside Hancock, NY. You will never find another venue that can compare to Gale S. Brophy's signature estates. The feel of her properties consists of luxurious country living with all the amenities you are looking for.

Summary: We are a group of college friends who have been getting together for over forty years. We’ve stayed at a variety of places over the years and now, with 3 generations attending, we need larger accommodations. I think we’ve found our place. Lovely setting. Clean, comfortable rooms. Plenty of bathrooms! We had perfect weather but even if there were rain, the front veranda offers lots of space to hang out. (A few rocking chairs would be nice for the babies and grandparents.) Overall, a lovely weekend!

Summary: We had the best time at this house. It was beautiful. Walter was the best. He came right away on any request we had. I highly recommend staying here. I think our family wants to make an annual thing. We had over 40 people stay and everyone slept comfortably. Our ages range from 2 to 74. Everyone had the best time.

Summary: We held our company onsite on this location and rented both homes that are part of this property. We can highly recommend these facilities. They are well equipped, clean and in a lovely location. The host is super responsive and flexible. We all loved it!

Summary: Our group of 30 adult friends, mostly couples had a fantastic time at the property. Walter was super responsive to all our needs and flexible with check in/out, refilled firewood when needed, provided tips. Huge kitchen and grills to cook easily for 30. People really enjoyed the pool/hot tub and firepit Huge lawn space for lawn games and pick-up sports. Wonderful weekend all around ,thanks!

Summary: The property was large and spacious enough to accommodate our large family comfortably. The host team were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Some areas of the house are a little worse for the wear and are better suited to groups like a corporate retreat vs a family, but we were able to make it work for us with the help of the hosts and we had an amazing weekend together. We would definitely come back again in future years!

Summary: Stayed here with a large group of friends. Spent the entire time outdoors playing volleyball and enjoying the beautiful grounds. Kitchen was well stocked and had a real range! Rooms were in the old stables which was super unique. We enjoyed the bar area at nighttime. Water pressure was good and hot. The grounds keeper was very knowledgeable and available. Only issue is that there were some areas that weren’t perfectly clean (the prior people staying there were smoking outside and left cigarette butts around the front area), but otherwise was very clean.

Summary: It was a family get together and we enjoyed the beautiful view, the space for all of us and the large kitchen .. some of the rooms were really smaller than expected otherwise enough space for everyone to sleep. The communication with owner Gale and Walter was great. Thank you.

Summary: The property was beautiful with the mountain vistas, the deer grazing in the mornings and evenings. Accommodations were wonderful and clean. Plenty of fridge space which is important! Our family ranged in age from 92 to 6 weeks and the property offered something for everyone. Communication with the manager was seamless. She was happy to answer questions before our arrival. The property manager, Walter, could not have been any nicer. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this place wholeheartedly. Would love to do it again next year!
