Summary: We had a wonderful week! The pool was the main entertainment but the location is such that we were 5-15 minutes away from great restaurants, ice cream, the Heritage Gardens, the water park and of course the beach and the canal!

Summary: Rented this home for a family of 12 staycation, mixture of kids to elderly. Overall the house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Enough space so that no one is staying on top of one another. Backyard was wonderful, spacious and private. Kids would go in and out all day exploring and playing outside. Unfortunately the weather during our stay was not all pool weather but luckily we were able to utilize the hot tub on those days. I would have liked more guidance on the pool as we never owned a pool so we didnt know we needed to empty out the filter so it can skim the leaves/pine needles off the pool. We were manually scooping them out until we noticed the filters. There were a couple of things that were a bit inconvenient during the stay but that is kind of expected given the high travel season / limited time in between guests for maintenance/ cleaning. Examples being the freezer not being able to keep the ice cream frozen and the grill grease not being cleaned. Not major issues just things we noticed during our stay. Did not make our staycation bad. Overall would stay here again.

Summary: The backyard is absolutely perfect - feels like a secluded oasis with all the amenities you could ask for (pool, hot tub, fenced in yard, gorgeous greenery, etc.). The house is spacious and has everything you need and is in a great location - just a short drive to restaurants, bars, and beach! Will DEFINITELY be returning!

Summary: What a beautiful home. We stayed here just two nights to escape the city for a few days, but we were so impressed with this house. It was sadly a chilly October weekend, but we were still able to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit, and take a 5 minute drive for a scenic beach walk. Plus, the house is stocked with plenty of games and a large TV for a cozy night in. I can only imagine how amazing this place is during the summer season. We can't wait to come back!

Summary: This house was absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of space for large gatherings, and the house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked, so you don’t need to bring anything besides food and drinks, they also provided board games for family and friends to entertain. They also have netflix, hulu, hbo etc. for movie nights or just to throw the tv on. The backyard is massive, Plenty of space for kids to run around in. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of New England weather being inevitable. The pool house was nice, it had another kitchen and small living area too. They also have a fire pit and provide their own wood so you don’t have to purchase any, that was a nice touch. The house is in a cul-de-sac, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We had everything nearby also, grocery store, restaurants and a convenient store. This is the perfect house to host a family gathering, or just to have a group of friends get together. We will definitely be booking again!

Summary: It was a very relaxing vacation the grounds were amazing and the pool was wonderful the jacuzzi at night added a wonderful relaxation to all of us. The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

Summary: Our group had a fantastic time at Sagamore Sunshine. The place was great for a big group, very clean, and a ton of space for activities. Both the house and pool house were perfect for a weekend at the Cape.

Summary: Outdoor games like horse shoe pit and ring toss just add to the ambiance of the beautiful and thought out landscape design around the pool and backyard. Hot tub too ! House is set with everything you need. We had a great time grilling out and playing games.
