Summary: Lovely peaceful location and only around 20 minutes drive from the things we wanted to do in the area.

Summary: This cottage is ideal for a family of up to 8. The facilities are excellent for example the games room is ideal for the younger kids and I even found out that some of the family can actually play the piano. Audley is well located for entertainment for the family Ski Centre, Waterworld and Inflato all within 15 mins drive.

Summary: Luisa and family went above and beyond, from messages and emails before our arrival including a comprehensive guide on the house and local area to checking all was good throughout our stay (they live next door). This is not a show home, this is a practical house, perfect for families to enjoy without worry of breaking or touching things they shouldn’t! They made us feel extremely welcome and went above and beyond to visit a neighbouring farm for my tractor obsessed 4yr old! The house was spacious and suited our party well, they had thought of everything and apart from getting to grips with cooking on the aga, the whole stay was effortless. The playroom and extensive supply of indoor and outdoor toys made for an easy stay with four happy children (4-12yrs). The house is a much loved family home, filled with character but with all basic mod cons that you may need. It was easy to find, park and navigate round the local area. The lane provided its own entertainment with tractors and horses riding passing every day. We spent a day at Bewilderwood which we would highly recommend, we also managed a quick trip to the Emma Bridgewater factory with its stunning gardens and cafe! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property or stay again in the future. They are the most attentive hosts we have stayed with and our only disappointment was we couldn’t stay a little longer!

Summary: We spent 4 nights at this amazing cottage over the Xmas holidays. My Granddaughters are 11, 8 and 4 so they were really excited to spend Xmas altogether. It was magical!! A Xmas tree in the open fireplace and beautiful decorations scattered around the living area. Kitchen was spa ious enough for 5 adults to cook Xmas Dinner together. The family played together in the garden which just added to the magic. We didn't stop smiling and laughing from the minute we arrived. Luisa was a wonderful host, selection boxes, lemon drizzle cake and oatcakes upon arrival. She really has thought of everything ... from toys and games to umbrellas and torches. Her communication was on point but she also respected our Privacy. It was that perfect we have booked for Xmas 2023. You will not be disappointed ... the knly disadvantage is that we had to leave. Thank you Luisa ... we will see you next Xmas 🎅 🎄 🧑‍🎄

Summary: Stunning Cottage & Surroundings, Excellent Wifi, Warm & Cosy within. Everything worked as it should. Luisa Greeted us with a warm smile and a warm welcome, Genuine caring Host. We only had a mini break. But will certainly have a longer stay next time. I would strongly recommend a visit to "Hall farm shop" Alsager. They sell Fresh local produce which tasted Delicious. The "Courtyard Cafe" which is next to it serves one of the best ever Breakfasts too and food Delicious. Only 10 minutes away in car. I would highly recommend a stay at Luisa & Geoffs Cottage. You will "Not be dissapointed. Until next time Ant & Paula. xx

Summary: Lovely area and great for families and awesome for families that need a 4 bedroom place to stay. Quiet in the countryside great for walking/ running, close to the A500. Luisa the property manager is so awesome to deal with goes above and beyond for you. You will need a vehicle as is off the bus route would be the only thing.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Park Farm. So much space and toys for the kids to play with. Luisa went above and beyond even putting our shopping away before we got there! The takeaway chinese was a highlight too. Great stay

Summary: The house was lovely, with everything we needed and a great outside space for the children to enjoy, as well as lots of toys and games for them. Communication was great and the owners were on hand to help and offer recommendations for places to eat (the Broughton was lovely!).
