This lovely home is all newly furnished with 2 King rooms 2 Queen rooms, 5th bedroom single and double bunks 1 double bed. Upstairs, Living Room with amazing views, fire place, Full Kitchen, Dining room, Breakfast Nook and 3 Bed rooms. Downstairs , bonus kids room with TV, 2 Bed Rooms, Laundry etc. There is a Spacious Deck with a Great Barbecue Grill And amazing lake and mountain views. WiFi , Shaw TV up and down, Netflix. Outside there is an Amazing Rustic Barn. 3.1 acres of vineyards, 3/4 acre of lawn field to roam and Wineries within walking distance, KVR trail across the road, Munson Mountain and BMX park around the corner. Walking distance to Beaches, Marina, Restaurants, Downtown Penticton and much more!
It is also a great place for Winter fun with Apex Mountain Downhill and Nickel Plate Cross Country Skiing. Also Ice fishing at Yellow lake. With relaxation at the many great restaurants, wineries, brew pubs etc. after a fun outdoor day.
**This property is located right in front of a world-class mountain bike trail!**
Our house has 4.3 acres of vineyards and garden. It is across the street from the Famous KVR trail. At the beginning of the Naramata Bench and Dozens of Wineries, several within walking distance. It is walking distance from the Beaches and Marina. It has spectacular Lake view and Mountain view. It is around the corner from Munson Mountain and a new BMX park. Walking distance to Downtown Penticton, Restaurants, Pubs, etc. There are play water parks for children at the Okanagan Beach and Skaha Beach (Skaha not in walking distance). Local Landing is a fun park for kids at end of Okanagan Beach. Things like boating, water skiing, sailing are all available at the beach.
Penticton has something to offer everyone. From Golf to Spas and so much more. Our beautiful house is the perfect place to access it all. Or just relax on the deck and enjoy the views with a glass of excellent Okanagan Wine or Craft Beers. Also great for Winter fun with Apex Downhill and Nickel Plate Cross Country Skiing 30 minutes, Ice fishing at Yellow Lake and many of the wineries open year round.

Summary: House suits many guests and is a great location with access to wineries, the beach, town amenities close by. Great backyard patio area to enjoy. Note one bed and 2nd bathroom are accessed inside of another bedroom which could be awkward depending on who is sharing the rental.

Summary: We stayed at George's place with a group of friends over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The house is absolutely stunning with lots of outdoor space and everything we needed and more for the long weekend. George was a great host and showed us around the property after we arrived to make sure we were comfortable and all settled in. We would definitely stay at George's again!

Summary: This place fit our needs perfectly. The location was excellent, close to everything. The outdoor space was perfect for the little kids to ride their bikes, lots of space, as well as a grass area to play on. The large deck was fantastic, and had lots of chairs and tables. Although we spent all of our time outside, the layout of the basement bedrooms was a bit awkward, especially for different family couples who had to walk through a bedroom to get to theirs. We would definitely consider coming back.
