Summary: Water was shut off during stay but could have communicated better as to when it was turned back on. Wasn’t sure if safe to drink. Glad that bottled water was provided

Summary: Everything about staying at this hotel was perfect. Close to shopping & restaurants. The staff were so pleasant and helpful, we were pleased with everything. The breakfast and staff could not have been better, so friendly and caring. We would stay there again.

Summary: Comfort would have been way higher, but our room tempature was so high and very uncomfortable to sleep. When we tried to decrease it on the thermostate, it didnt respond or become cooler. So we had to try to sleep in 25° room when we sleep in about 19. Way to hot and wished the room to be cooler.

Summary: Friendliness of staff. Super nice! Very clean, updated rooms . Easy access to 2 pools and hot tubs. Two buildings, atrium very quiet. Enjoyed our stay, twice!

Summary: Great quality hotel with high standards. We were here for competitions, and this hotel was conveniently located near the rinks. It also had many amenities in close proximity like restaurants and Chinook mall. Overall the rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the pools and waterslides along with the fitness room/exercise room. The restaurant/pub and breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Summary: The staff was wonderful!!! We are in our 60's, have at least travelled in 50 countries, and while staying at the Calgary Delty, we realized that never before had we stayed at a hotel, where every staff member was so friendly, polite, professional, caring, and good at his/her job as they were at the Delta.
