Positive: Very close to public transport to reach Edinburgh city centre. Airport bus st the front of hotel and tram within 10 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The hotel was a little outdated and the room could have done with a makeover. The bathroom needed improvements.

Positive: Friendly informative staff created a great relaxing atmosphere. Fabulous comfortable rooms with air-conditioning, fridge, tea coffee facilities and an ice machine in the corridor. Personalised TV opening screen was an unexpected lovely touch.
