Positive: The staff were very friendly and efficient. Lovely grounds, bar/restaurants and communal areas. Ice machine and hydration stations with complimentary water. Pet friendly.

Negative: Lift was out of order and my wife is disabled so getting up and down the stairs was very difficult. Floorboards in the room were unbelievably creaky. Expected a wherpool type bath but it was an old normal tub.

Positive: Good location and facilities for us as a large family group for three night stay visiting family. Good value, comfortable rooms, didn't do breakfast option but coffee and croissants in the bar were good. Walking distance to nice pub and supermarket, the pool was perfect for the children. But the stand out was how helpful and friendly all the staff were.
