Positive: Most comfortable bed ever! Upgrade on room after long wait for room to be ready.
Negative: Slow check in process and room wasn’t ready despite you sending me a confirmation that it would be. No whiskey available in bar.

Positive: Location is good for hotel.
Negative: While searching hotels, I preferred to see options where breakfast and parking are included in room cost. But during check-in I was asked to pay for breakfast and parking separately. For a family of 8 and two vehicles paying 25$ per person for breakfast and 26$ + taxes for per day parking is too much. Moreover, TV was not working, reading light was not working, room lamps were not working. Need to switch multiple elevators while going from parking to room.
Summary: Good location. Not good in facilities, additional charges for parking and breakfast. Not worth.

Negative: First shower we took the handle fell off. Very slippery tub with no grip on bottom. Parking garage is the worst.
Summary: Passable but won't stay there again.
