Summary: Excellent stay. Over the top attention to details: when the cleaning lady noticed we were running low on toothpaste, she left a small tube of toothpaste on the vanity in the bathroom. Absolute amazing, just like the people of St John’s.

Summary: Beautiful hotel excellent service we were in an accessible room and the pull out couch mattress was not so comfortable we added two duvets on top of the mattress and it worked I was surprised how beautiful the hotel was yet the pool area was not so much pool area definitely needs an upgrade

Summary: Excellent service, food, and room. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were extremely friendly and informative. This hotel would certainly be considered expensive compared to other places, but we found it well worth it and would stay there again.

Summary: Great stay overall. Toilet had stains on it from water filling up, unsure if this would come off if scrubbed better or permanent staining. Pillows were only available in one thickness in our room which was too thick with neck issues. Otherwise comfortable stay.

Summary: The parking, I know is not owned by the hotel. But we pay the hotel to be allowed to park in the underground parking. Parking downtown is risky otherwise. The restoration in the parking garage has been a big inconvenience. I look forward to its completion
