Summary: Manager responds right away whenever I had inquiry. The cottage was clean and a perfect size for our family of 3 plus our dog puppy!( Zuko the boxer❤️). But will fit more than 3 ppl. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and golf courses. A few minutes drive to OC. Beach and the boardwalk. We will definitely come back and recommend this to our friends. I’m giving it 5 stars!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. Great place for a shorter stay, it was clean. We have kids 7-13 and they liked it. We enjoyed the screened in deck and the patio with fire pit. The pool was nice too. There was an ice cream shaved ice place within walking distance. Lots of restaurants with 5-10min. This is a good place to stay if you want someplace quiet away from the craziness of ocean city, but still a short drive to the beach. Also close to Frontier town and Assateague Island. Rooms are a little tight, but the living, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor areas are spacious. Only complaints were 5 of us stayed and only a set of 4 bath towels were provided, we had to call for more and help desk seemed confused and not sure what to do since no one was on site. The kitchen had your typical supplies and basic cooking items in it except there were no bowls (cereal size bowls) we had to buy paper ones for cereal. Lastly I wish more info were provided by the company. I got an email for check in and the code and that was it. No other info about accommodations, help desk info./hours, pool hours, what to do for check out, etc. Other than that, we liked, good for the price, will go back.

Summary: I'm originally from Salisbury and we grew up traveling to OC most weekends, so finding the right place to stay was so important. This is a newer property, well kept and peaceful. We will be booking again in the future for our church retreats and family getaways.

Summary: Great place clean. Check in was 4 pm couldn't check in because was still being cleaned. But it worked out ok. Need a paper to say what an where things are. Need extra trash bags. Or let people know to bring their own. Was a great place to stay would recommend to anyone

Summary: Overall, we all enjoyed our stay. I gave full stars as the property was beautiful and brand new. Some things I had concerns with was initially getting to the property. When putting in the address, our gps took us down some random road which was only down the street from the actual property. Also, when showering, (the shower was very modern and beautiful) the shower door would slide open and not stay shut for multiple guests that took showers. It also would have been nice to know exactly how to work th hvac units as there were no directions. Our stay was still lovely and we would definitely stay again.
