Positive: The home/room and bathroom were beautifully appointed, clean, and modern. It's easily accessible and I'd like to point out the free street parking. We and other guests didn't feel on top of each other, and the home was quiet. Everyone was respectful. We noticed wheelchair lift access via the backyard, and this clearly shows how well thought out the accommodation is. We really loved the room and would definitely stay again. It's in a great location, it's safe, close to cafes and restaurants, downtown, the airport, and the host was lovely and responsive and clearly takes pride in the service they provide.
Negative: The room was a little warm, not withstanding the warmer temperatures we had the days we were there. The little air-conditioning unit was handy but it was blowing the warm air back into the room, unfortunately. I think it's meant to have an exhaust hose/pipe that goes out the window so the hot air escapes. It also collects the moisture from the air and, when moved, dripped some water onto the floor, which we took care of straight away.

Positive: It was secure, in a good location, and was clean and quiet. It was warm weather and had a good working AC. The room was very big and had lots of lighting and a big couch in there too. Enough of everything like towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. Shower was nice.
Negative: It didn't have a tv or radio in the room. I thought it was an ensuite but the bathroom was just outside my door. Im not good with stairs and had to go up the entrance stairs and then inside upstairs to my room but I made it. I was an old renovated house so has an oldish smell to it which im sure never goes away. I dont know how else to describe it. Other than that it was a nice comfortable stay and I would say there again.
