Positive: The Taxi driver said he wouldn't leave us til he contacted my daughter in Letchworth.It looked awful from the outside he thought it couldn't be a place called Denby lodge .Inside appeared all right but heater hanging on the wall and the shared toilet couldn't have the heat turned off.Shared Shower we put our mats from our daughter on the floor.Not worth the money .Needs up grading.and one towel only.No contact with people.apart from text.No welcome.The code had been changed from the one we had .They changed it.grass was burnt and a mess of cigarette buts and weeds around .Come on you don't expect this standard.regards Norma and Edje

Positive: It's a nice place to be, but the bed was bad. I think it needs to be changed. I thought it was a self-contained apartment. But I got to know it was a shared toilet kitchen and stuff. But it was a nice and neat place to be.

Positive: It was clean and the bathroom was easily accessible from our room.

Negative: Could do with a thicker mattress and decent pillows however the bedding and towels were clean. I do think £75 of the cost of the room for cleaning was ridiculously excessive!

Summary: Fine for one night, wouldn’t use again due to cost!

Positive: One parking slot available and else have to park beside the road, Closed to the bus stop. 20min walk to the station. Not much crowded when we were there. Only one person stayed in the other room. Hot water and heating ok. shared kitchen, one complete bathroom upstairs and shower and separate toilet downstairs. No keys, safety locks. WiFi ok.

Negative: Shared shower and washing machine are in one enclosed place. Shared refrigerators and kitchen are in two separated places. Staff doesn't respond immediately. The night we came, hot water didn't worked and fixed the problem next day evening,

Summary: It's good for a temporary stay for a small family, couple.
