Summary: House was clean inside and out. Nicely stocked with all of the basic necessities. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the depot and downtown (to us). Ruby is amazing to work with!!! If we visit Denison again in the future we will definitely see if this place is available.

Summary: Ruby made sure our stay was great. Everything is provided for you. It was a great location , as we attended a softball tournament for the weekend. We would stay again in this home and maybe we will have more time to visit the different areas of Denison TX.

Summary: We had a great stay. It is a very comfortable home. My only suggestion would be to have a sectional large enough to accommodate all the guests in the living room and maybe a coffee maker that made a pot of coffee:).
