Summary: We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and this home was perfect. We all had some space to get comfortable. The backyard was lovely to have coffee and chill out. Close to downtown. Really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We were lucky to find this place to stay for a multi-family vacation. A cousin’s wedding was held in the nearby Space Annex, and this place was a few blocks away. We also enjoyed a local park and Denver Biscuit Company, both within easy walking distance. We got groceries delivered via Instacart from a nearby Safeway. There was plenty of room for my family and my in-laws, we were even able to host some extended relatives for dinner. Having a two-car garage was a nice bonus. The host was very responsive to questions, check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and booking via VRBO/Evolve was easy. Thanks for helping us have a great trip!

Summary: Very well stocked kitchen. 10min drive to the core. A number of lights and electrical receptacles in the master did not work--a little annoying. Property could generally use some maintenance.

Summary: Open floor plan of the house was great for our family who came in from out to town for a graduation. Small group conversations could be had in the living, dining and kitchen areas. However, we could not get the oven to work, luckily we brought in food or went out. The outside back deck was in disarrays. We swept and cleaned the outside before being able to use the deck. We even cut the grass with the push-mower to make it look nicer. This could have been because it was the beginning of the season but we left it better then we found it. All and all it was a great fit for our needs.

Summary: Perfect location for me, my husband, our kids, and my in-laws to stay for the week. We were in town for a wedding at the Space Annex. This place is walking distance to plenty of shops, including the Denver Biscuit Company. Open floor plan n the common areas meant we never felt crowded. There was even room to have other family over for dinner. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Summary: No Tender Loving Care Here. Well vacuumed but not solidly cleaned. Lack of attention to detail especially in Parking information. Good luck finding the garage if you arrive by care at night. And no clicker for TV in bedroom. Garbage in kitchen waste basket on arrival.
