My wife and I own a quaint 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath with 2 car garage home in historic Olde Town Arvada. We are a 5 -10 minute stroll to all the restaurants and shoppes along Old Wadsworth, Grandview Avenue, and other streets in between including the new commuter rail station that will quickly whisk you to downtown Denver and also connect you with the Denver International Airport. You won’t need a car to enjoy all the activities the western towns of Golden and Arvada as well as the many, MANY city attractions that Denver has to offer.
The foothills and world renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater are a quick 10 minute drive away. The historic mountain towns of Golden and Idaho Springs are 15 minutes and 30 minutes away respectively. Escape to the Rocky Mountains or visit Denver and its “mile-high” list of activities to do. Both are a short 15 minute drive or quick light rail commute away from the Olde Town Charmer!
The location of our home is awesome because it offers the SAFE laid back community setting of Olde Town Arvada where you can relax to dinner at home or within a short walk to town. Enjoy live music. There are plenty of venues. Golden, Arvada and LoDo / Denver offer some historic venues for live music. And when you’re ready to escape the high energy of downtown Denver, you’re only a short ride back home for a more peaceful, safe and quiet setting to prepare you for your next day of activities!
Our home offers modern accommodations with all the conveniences of home. Central Air, Central Heat, Oven, Flat Cooktop, Large Refrigerator, 4K HD TV, Blue Ray player, “Old School” audiophile quality stereo system, fully equipped kitchen, weber gas grill, office space with large desk work area, wireless internet, plug in computer screen, printer, cable TV, and comfortable beds with flat screen TVs in each bedroom. We offer high quality king size and queen size beds. Optional inflatable twin bed offers flexibility to accommodate up to 5 people.

Attend a highly acclaimed Rock Concert at renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater one night and a Broadway Play or a Ballet the next! See the Avalanche Hockey team one evening and the Denver Broncos play Sunday afternoon! Have fun downtown Denver when you want to, but when you’re done with the crowds, take the short ride back to the house and relax to historic town dining or kick back at our home and grill out!
With the exception of skiing at one of our beautiful resorts which are only 1 hour away, or some of our more hidden mountain gem trails for off-roading or hiking, there are literally several hundred fun activities within a 15 – 20 mile radius!
