Positive: this apartment was a great fit for our family of six (two adults, four teens). Huge apartment with well-equipped kitchen, two generous sized bathrooms and three large bedrooms. The location in Interlaken was a very short walk in to town and very close to many restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive and made our trip very easy! there was a basement with a gym and pool table that we used nightly- it was a great value add- especially with teenagers.

Negative: Our ONLY complaint is that we were during a heat wave and there is no air conditioning in the apartment, although there were three "coolers" that you could turn on but they did not do much. If we opened the windows you could get some air coming in, but at night if the windows were open the street noise was too loud for sleeping. Again, this was likely only an issue because of the heat during our stay, I would imagine 99 percent of the time it is not an issue with this apartment.

Summary: Wonderful Location, Large well-appointed apartment.

Positive: Full facilities and convenience store was within walking distance from my apartment and bus stop was just at the doorstep. Place was clean and comfortable. My family like it very much and especially the host came to visit us as to make sure everything is okay.

Negative: Bus stop is not sheltered.

Positive: Incredible experience. The host was extremely friendly and provided us with helpful tips for our travel. The host was also extremely accommodating and quick to respond. The location is not only beautiful but also close to the bus stop and the best restaurant in town (Hirschen). I would recommend this accommodation to anybody as it was clean and comfortable!!!

Negative: Driveway is very tight and has additional items on the way. I had scratches on my car. I was messaged that Check out time is 10 am which is not usual. It must be 12pm. We have been asked to leave the apartment as we received. If we have to clean and set the apartment again then it is better to stay at hotel, why to pay more and do everything by yourself.

Positive: The apartment was spacious and the location was ideal. We rented a car and it was great that this place had a parking spot. It was only a 10-15 walk to Interlaken West station and to all the shops and restaurants

Negative: The laundry machine was slow and dryer took forever to heat up. Also, if your a light sleeper, the car driving by will wake you up
