Luxurious, newly decorated private home on a no-through-traffic street, less than one block to the gondola! Enjoy Telluride's most residential street with a brick road and beautiful landscaping. A mountain modern chic home offers a spacious main floor with a living room, dining room and open kitchen all flowing seamlessly. The living room features ample seating, a gas fireplace, and flat screen TV. The beautiful wooden dining table seats 8 and the breakfast bar adds additional, casual seating. The large, gourmet kitchen gives you space to make yourself at home with a gas range/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The main level also features a half-bathroom, size-able laundry space with washer and dryer and a mudroom with tons of storage, ski racks and more.
On the second level, enjoy the primary bedroom with its en suite bathroom and balcony. The spacious bedroom features relaxing colors, modern furniture with a desk area and a wall of large windows. The balcony is the perfect place to sit and have a cup of coffee or read a book. The luxurious primary bathroom offers a double vanity, make-up bench, large free-standing tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy the flat screen TV from the comfort of the California king bed.

Summary: This is a beautifully updated house that handled a large group well. The location couldn't have been better for booting up and hitting the gondola or walking to town. And the benefit of 2 parking spots on downtown Telluride cannot be understated.

Summary: Our family had an amazing stay this summer - the house was extremely comfortable, stocked up and beautifully decorated! Everything we could possibly need during our stay was there for us - a fully set up kitchen, soaps, laundry, lots of towels and sheets. it truly felt like home. And the team at Lodging in Telluride was extremely helpful and responsive on all questions and concerns. We can't wait to come back!
