Positive: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The decor and standards were exemplary The scenery and views were beyond amazing. The food in the restaurant was absolutely outstanding. We could not fault our stay absolutely perfect from beginning to end. We were there for the Hahnenkamm 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Breakfast was good and dinner was excellent although a bit pricey but in line with prices for the area.

Negative: We had to take a shuttle bus to the ski lift due to lack of snow. However shuttle service was great as were the drivers.

Summary: Beautiful hotel in a great setting. The food is amazing and the staff can't do enough to help.
