Summary: The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. This was disappointing, as the photos created a completely different impression. The breakfast was also below expectations. There were very limited options, and the overall quality was not great. For a hotel in this category, I expected a better variety and fresher choices. On the positive side, the sauna area was very good and well-maintained. It was definitely the highlight of the stay. Additionally, the staff were polite.

Summary: We had a wonderful time, very convenient location an parking; bus station in less than 1 min walk away; you are in Innsbruck city center in less than 30 minutes. Huge rooms, great views, very good breakfast which was unexpected. Thank you guys.

Summary: Great hotel - lovely food in restaurants and at breakfast. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Ideal for ski trip especially with on site free access spa. Definitely would return.

Summary: I added this hotel at the last minute and I was glad I did! Where some hotels you must check in by 6p, Der Reschenhof allowed checking in as late as 11p. Made a huge difference to my plans and the hotel was wonderful! Polite staff, quick check in, great room, free parking, and breakfast was included. Would come back again!
