Positive: The staff was very polite and accommodating. They were also very helpful with directions getting around. Downtown Dublin is a pretty easy place to navigate, but all the directions the hotel staff gave were direct and took me right where I was going. In addition, the hotel room and my bathroom were impeccably clean. I would definitely stay there again. The room was cleaned every day, and the toiletries were well chosen. I really liked the body wash!
Negative: I think coming up with a key card, or a lock with a code to get you in the front door would be a nice upgrade. There was always someone to open the door for you, but I think one of those options would be better. The rooms are on the smaller side, but I don't think there is anything to do about that. It was still a comfortable stay.

Positive: My room was clean. They provide complimentary bottled water and you can request tea which is so nice! Location is good especially the bus to the airport is just a steps away from the hotel. Gerry and Olga were so lovely, kind and very accommodating to me. I didn't feel I was away from home

Positive: Although the hotel is closed every Monday, the owner kindly facilitated our check out, keeping our luggage safe until late at night when taxi came to pick us to the airport! we highly appreciated that! thank you again!
Negative: it's very expensive for what it offers although the accomodation in Dublin is pricy anyway.
