Positive: The best thing was the fantastic view of the lake. The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern. The hosts were friendly and available when needed. The location is quiet with beautiful landscaping. We definitely recommend Dervio Casa Max.

Positive: All of the fittings and furniture were top class and clean , and it was kitted out with all of the things that you might need , and the view was superb, notwithstanding the bad weather. The hand over staff were helpful and knowledgeable and also accommodating.

Positive: We love everything about this property. It's a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped, modern kitchen that boasts an amazing view of the lake and mountains! Marina, the staff member who helped check us in, was responsive and helpful. Although she doesn’t speak much English, it didn’t deter her from doing a wonderful job with the help of a translator app. We came with a car and it was easy to get around and visit the other places around Lake Como. We even drove up to Bormio for skiing and thermal bath. We will not hesitate to return to this property.

Positive: Very nice appartment with everything you could possibly need for your holiday, very well equipped. Beautiful views over the lake.

Negative: Acess to the town and beach is on the main road without sidewalk, so you need to be cautious.
