Negative: The entry system is automated. We received an email that day asking for proof of identity. We had cell service otherwise option was to send passport photo on misidentified insecure wifi. Option to phone for assistance assumes phone service which we didn’t have. After going through a QR code entry, we waited for notification of which room but never arrived. Scanned each room until one let us in. Since entry to the hotel is dependent on having access to the phone of the person who made the reservation, we could not leave independently. The posted information, including wifi info, all referred to previous hotel name, and some of it no longer applied. I will carefully read reviews hoping to avoid this set up in the future. Never felt entire confident I’d get back in once I’d gone out.

Positive: Location in the heart of the old town. Bathroom was spacious. Bed was comfortable.
Negative: I had to upload a picture of my passport then take pictures of myself for AI co compare my picture to my passport photo. Weak cellular service took 20 minutes to perform. Having to scan QR code each time to enter building when the cellular service is very weak. Also having to scan QR code on suite door to unlock. Carpet was not vacuumed when we checked in or on any of the three days of our stay.
Summary: Very nice accommodations. QR codes to enter all doors was inconvenient.
