This location offers an ideal base for exploring the main cities and locations of northern Italy: Brescia and Verona are reachable in 30 minutes, Milan in 60 minutes, and Venice and Florence in about 90 minutes. Just 500 meters from the property, in the historic center, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, the Desenzanino beach, the port, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants, where you can enjoy a lunch or dinner with a view of Lake Garda. Palm Garda Beach is surrounded by a large garden that wraps around the entire dwelling and offers two independent entrances for greater convenience. Inside, the dwelling is composed of a habitable kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and everything necessary to make the stay comfortable. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table with chairs, ideal for relaxing or eating together. Continuing down the corridor, you access the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobes, dressers, and bedside tables, and a complete bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet. Behind the kitchen, a flight of stairs leads to the splendid tavern on the lower floor, where you will find an independent laundry room and an additional dining room, perfect for dinners or aperitifs with friends and family. On the ground floor, there is also an independent double bedroom and a second complete bathroom with a shower box. The strong point of the villa is certainly the outdoor spaces: in the large garden surrounded by olive trees, there is a comfortable above-ground pool (400 cm long, 200 cm wide, and 120 cm water depth), a dining table, sun loungers, and a masonry barbecue, ideal for your grilling. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linens, and as many as 3 private parking spaces, which complete the offering of this exclusive property. The villa was renovated in February 2023, and on this occasion, the pool was added. Moreover, to ensure a stress-free stay, we offer a dedicated Concierge service. We are indeed ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible, offering personalized welcome and continuous assistance. We do not use key boxes with codes and will not ask you to travel unnecessary kilometers. Starting from a week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (speaking Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be at your disposal to answer any questions about the apartment and the surrounding area. Upon your arrival, the concierge will personally welcome you, accompany you to the apartment, and will be available throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. At the time of departure, the concierge will be there to bid you farewell and ensure that your experience has been perfect. The Concierge service is available via direct chat contact to ensure quick and personalized assistance. Check-in for this apartment is scheduled from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, while for arrivals after 7:00 PM and until 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50 E is provided. Summary: Our family had a great time at Desansanoloft. It was very spacious for our group. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is 12 min walk to a beautiful train station building. We used trains to go to Milan, Verona and Venice. The little corner store provided fresh groceries for our needs. We used Lidl store which is 5 min away by car, for bigger grocery shopping. The town center and the lakefront are in the walking distance (15 min) also. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Local ferry took us to a very pretty town of Sirmione. We also used city beaches, where water shoes are helpful because of the small stones rather than sand. The area is safe and both of our cars fited in the gate secured driveway. The garden is pleasant in the evening but you do need mosquito spray. Kids enjoyed the above ground pool. We liked the laundry machine as we were in continuing our Italian adventure for another week. It was very hot during our stay and the AC did a decent job but it is not a modern system many Americans are used to. We loved our stay and would recommend the location for families groups of adults.

Summary: The garden, quiet neighborhood, Spacious rooms, 10 min walk from lake.The beds comfortable to sleep, good washing machine for dishes, the kitchen is fully equipped. Internet connection. It took us a lot of time to figure how to keep the gas on for the fire in the kitchen. Air conditioner makes a funny sound at 3-4 in the morning. Most of the closest where full of smelly clothes/blankets. The room downstairs needs improvement has a lot of humidity and a bad smell. We split the bill of the accommodation but it felt unfair for those who slept downstairs. This are all things to be improved and a head up for the mosquito army :)) If not everything was great.

Summary: Nice house. About 15 minutes by foot to the lake. Cheap price, enough space for 7 persons. We did the self check in and it was super easy. There are no air conditions downstairs, so in the bedroom below it was a bit hot.

Summary: Der Grillplatz hinter dem Haus ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist ordentlich und alles was man so braucht ist zu finden. Wir waren zu 8t und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Ein zusätzlicher Haustürschlüssel wäre sehr praktisch.

Summary: La disposizione degli spazi è ottima, così come tutti i servizi a disposizione. Nonostante la struttura non sia recente ha davvero tutto e in davvero buone condizioni. L'area del giardino sul retro con la possibilità di fare un barbecue è davvero un plus. Specificare il doppio sistema di riscaldamento a gas nel piano inferiore ( dove nel bagno si sente un po' troppo l'odore a gas, non se magari c'è una perdita) e quello superiore con l'uso del termostato.
