Great sunsets and sunrises on private large lot in Desert Mountain. 3 car garage provides lots of room for all. PLEASE NOTE this home is only available to rent for 30 days or more for ALL parties INCLUDING Desert Mountain club members and property owners in the Desert Mountain HOA.

Summary: Very comfortable, beautiful home located on a secluded cup de sac, with amazing views. Owner was great to work with. The home was set up for a really easy stay! Already planning to come back next year!

Summary: We had a perfect week at this wonderful home nestled in a very private village of Desert Mountain. With the exception of the birds, we rarely heard a sound. The south facing backyard and private pool provide a relaxing sanctuary. The home is spacious and comfortable and very well maintained. Both the owner and the property manager are extremely responsive. We are already planning a return trip. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: We had the good fortune to spend a week in this lovely, well-equipped home. While it is conveniently located in a development no more than 30 minutes from anywhere you'd like to go in the Scottsdale area, the home itself is a relaxing, private desert oasis with beautiful desert views. It was ideal for our family -- allowing us privacy in the master suite at one end of the home while our teenage daughter enjoyed her own "suite" at the other end of the house. One thing to note: the pool is not heated, so if you are visiting during times when the evening temps dip into to 50s like we did, it can be quite chilly to the point of being uncomfortable. However, the adjacent heated spa is wonderful and was a perfect way to unwind after long days of hiking. The owner and the property manager were both great to deal with and excellent with communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: I spent two wonderful weeks in this amazing home. The photos do not do it justice. The home is beautifully furnished yet very comfortable and well-equipped. The views are spectacular....you actually get to experience the desert even from inside the house. The sunsets from the front of the house are not to be missed! Desert Mountain is a high-end lovely community....the hiking trails are a real plus. Its close to restaurants, golf, more hiking and outdoor activities. I cannot say enough about the owner and his attention to detail and cooperation.

Summary: Beautiful gated community, lovely large home with all the amenities. The master bedroom was huge and the master bath amazing! We really enjoyed the pool and spa as it was very hot for the first few days of stay. The house had lots of windows to overlook the beautiful gardens and cacti. I loved that from the front entrance you could see all the way out to the pool area and outdoor fireplace! It was great to explore Desert Mountain and its wildlife - roadrunners, quail, etc. Desert Mountain is fantastic with unique scenery, great restaurants and the golf courses - beautiful! Neil the owner is great to work with, very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Summary: This is a very high-end property with all of the amenities you can imagine. There are many restaurants and activities inside Desert Mountain. We especially enjoyed the private hiking trails. I have to say it was the best family vacation we have every had. The property is beautifully landscaped with plenty of privacy by the pool and hot tub. Actually we never heard another voice than our own. Pictures don't do this property justice. Expansive windows from every room make you feel like your in the middle of the Sonoran Desert. The owner Neil is very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property to anyway wanting to visit the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
