This is a perfect home for any traveller. This VRBO is brand new! Beds, furniture, kitchen cookware etc... ALL FRESH & NEW. This property is located near the rim trail, perfect for biking, hiking, walking or running. This is a cute, desert-style home where you can come and relax after a long day of ADVENTURING!! It is 2 mins. away from the city center of Page, 10 mins away from Antelope Point Marina & Wahweap Marina. Whatever activity fits your fancy, its always nice to come home to a cozy, comfy home. It is located in a nice, clean, and quiet neighborhood. We have 3 queen beds, 2 full beds (bunk bed style) and 1 queen blow up mattress. The bedrooms with queen beds both have a tv along with an Apple TV port. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities, while the living room is comfortable and inviting. The perfect way to enjoy the dark, desert starry night is out side. We have a landscaped back yard with a hot tub and fire pit area. There is parking for RVs, boats, or other recreational toys along the north side of home. The 2 car garage includes a 240V level 2 EV charging station, which is equipped with J1772 and Tesla outlets. Wi-Fi is available.

Summary: We had a great time on a girls trip to the balloon workout in page. We all grew up there and graduated from high school there and enjoyed our reunion together. Home was clean organized and well placed for all her activities.

Summary: Page is amazing. You will not run out of things to do. I highly recommend this destination. The property was perfect. Everything was great. AC was arctic, hot tub worked fine, gas firepit and grill. Kitchen was great, Garage door opener was really nice to have. And the garage was big. The master bathroom is open to the bedroom (except the toilet), which is a little weird because there are 2 Queens in the master, so one of us (4 single-ish guys) always had to "be out" of the room when another was showering and getting ready. That seemed a bit weird but it was fine. Or just plan on one person being in the master (or a couple). If I was forced to find any other negative to say, there is a more optimal row of houses with direct views over the "edge". This unit is one row off. But this is just splitting hairs, the place will not disappoint you in any way. You can walk for 30 seconds and get the same view. Truly awesome area. I'd recommend Antelope canyon (you just have to do it once), Buckskin Gulch slot canyon and the most amazing natural thing I've ever seen "The Wave". Enter that lottery every day if you can for it. Summary: The House was awesome and everything we needed to relax and explore Page and the surrounding areas. The Hot Tub was amazing after a long day. The Neighbor dogs were a bit annoying and barked at every little thing, and there was one neighbor that did not like us in the Hot Tub at night. They would turn on their outside floodlight and leave it on until we went back inside. Other than that, I would recommend the house and the location for any Family.

Summary: This place was super clean and well stocked with supplies. The host was great communicating. We absolutely loved the location of the property. So close to everything and we could walk the rim trail a short distance from the front door.

Summary: The home was clean and close to town. Home was well stocked with amenities and perfect 👌. If I had 1 complaint it would be the neighbors dogs barking constantly but could rarely hear them from inside. Will be back in the future.
