Positive: The best sellers of this property are the friendly hosts and the location and convenience to JTNP. Patricia was a gracious host, excelled in communication and hospitality. The property was a comfortable home, 2 miles from the north entrance of JTNP. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking and far enough from 29 palms to see the stars! The kitchen had new appliances and the bathroom had lots of hot water.

Negative: No complaints!

Summary: The best place to stay and see Joshua Tree NP!

Positive: EV Charging is a huge plus. Level 2 and charge our rental Volvo C40 very quickly. Kitchen have plenty of spices and cooking utensils. The grill is awesome.

Negative: The wifi could be better. It was extremely slow at time.
