Positive: It’s a very nice apartment in Cannes. It’s big, well designed and very comfortable. You can use washing machine. Kitchen is very good equipped. There is a private garage. 15 minutes by walk to the beach. I like it a lot and I recommend! Also Loris is a very helpfull host, I would definitely stay here again :)

Positive: Host was super nice and very responsive, appartment is super big, modern and well equipped. WiFi 10/10 which was important for me. Location not bad as very close to highway. Parking space included.
Negative: Walls are not sound proof so you can hear neighbours noises so if you are sensitive to that or have light sleep this might be a problem

Positive: What's not to like! Loris has created an amazing property that is well curated, modern, spotless and with every amenity you could imagine. He is a thoughtful and extremely attentive host, we loved staying here and even tried to extend for another few days but it was unfortunately booked. We would definitely be back here in a heartbeat. The building is located at the top of a windy road, but parking is easy to find on the street in addition to a dedicated spot that is available in the basement. You're about a 15-20 min walk to the Palais des Festivals, as well as all of the cool beach clubs/restaurants.

Positive: It is perfectly clean, well thought off things for example airconditioning, hair dryer, washing machine, flatiron. Everything is all equipped. The rooms are spacious and the appartment has a balcony with a beautiful view. The service of Loris is perfect. He is really helpfull, easy to contact and made sure for us having a great experience with his appartment in Cannes. We would definitely book this again and recommend this to anyone staying in Cannes!
