Summary: Upon arriving I had not gotten any information about check in and had to reach out to VRBO to get the personal phone number of the owners which they finally sent the info the day we were flying to Denver. When we walked in it smelt very clean and seems great, beds were comfy, backyard was great but after a few days we saw at least two mice. I reached out to the owner with photos and videos of the mice and never got a response. Reached out again about checkout information and did not get a response.

Summary: The house is beautiful and very well decorated, but not too fancy that you’re afraid to have little kids there. The beds, pillows, and couches were beyond comfortable. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into this! The basement is such a good spot for the kids to relax and unwind while having their own space. The projector was very cool! The kitchen is very well designed. Only downside is the bar is not very secure so you don’t want kids putting their body weight on it while sitting there. There’s a giant dining room table, so you can keep all of the food and entertaining within the living room and dining room. The house is a corner lot that backs up to the high line canal so it’s nice and quiet and very private. Huge yard. Surrounded by so many great restaurants, parks and just a short drive to downtown Denver and DTC. The entertainment options are endless. Only complaint at all was the lack of communication skills with the host. I was in a few situations of panic not hearing back from her for weeks and had to contact VRBO to get her personal phone number. Even with that, I was never texted the check out instructions even after requesting them in advance. Luckily we’ve stayed in many VRBO’s so we knew the general drill with checkout. I will say, when I was able to communicate with the host, she was very lovely and helpful. I highly recommend they make a binder in the home with check-in and check-out instructions for guests to review without having to contact them.

Summary: Mix of nice features and items that had seen their better day the place met all of the features we were looking for and the some. very happy with how the kitchen was stocked for a rental patio door was a concern

Summary: the house was perfect. ample seating, beds, and hangout areas. The host is not responsive at all. That is the only reason i am giving it 4 stars. I tried messaging her 3x on the website. and 48 hours before our arrival when was getting scared this was a scam- i called her phone number and texted. She did respond to my text apologizing, explaining she doenst have VRBO installed on her phone or something like that. But really property manager should have the application installed of the listing on their phone.

Summary: 5-br house with nice interior layout and big backyard worked well for our extended family. Hottub and backyard well-maintained, except for stock-tank pool which hadn't been cleaned, but easy to do with hose and filtration system. Communication with host difficult; late answers to questions posed prior to trip, though checkin was smooth. Basement rooms seem damp; recommend running dehumidifier.

Summary: Beware- property is not as advertised. If we would have known most amenities were brokern/unusable, we would have stayed elsewhere. -Pool is filthy and unusable -TV remote does not work (even after changing the batteries) -multiple windows unable to be closed -sliding back door does not lock -BOTH propane tanks for fire table/grill were completely empty (we had to take it to get filled ourselves) -broken corn hole -stains on couch -broken door handle on bathroom -one of the shower drains was clogged -no slip mats under rugs, ended up rolling them up to avoid falls Very difficult to get ahold of the owner. Had to contact VRBO support twice the week before we stayed and she didn’t even answer them immediately. Another guest who is staying at the property in a couple of weeks stopped by to “make sure the house was real” because the owner would not respond to her. We also did not receive any check out information. The hot tub is nice and the space is large enough for a big group, but definitely not worth $1000+/night after fees.

Summary: Great Home. Great location. Lots of space to spread out. Very cool backyard. Had a few maintanence issues that Jessica quickly resolved. Happy with our accommodations.

Summary: Well, it did not start off well. We missed half of our engagement the first night because we did not receive the check in info. VRBO called we called and finally got to get in. The kitchen is cute and clean glasses. The cabinets are empty and need a cleaning but it has everything we needed. Clean nice fridge. The toilet in one bathroom doesn’t work well the heater needs new batteries as well as the H2O FILTER. The couch might need a cleaning 😛 and one bedroom has no shades on one of the windows. The house is probably the nicest house in the neighborhood . But the biggest disappointment was the lighting. The den and bedrooms do not have enough lighting unless it’s day time. Trying to get ready quickly at night was hard. The bathrooms were nice and bright and cute! After we got in jessica was quick to respond until I asked if we could check out a bit late and I never heard back. I bet the back yard would be fun in the summer but we never went outside so I never saw the pool thing or cute chairs in the picture on line ( they weren’t out the main window so maybe around the corner?? )
