A BRAND NEW LUXURIOUS LOFT AT WENCESLAS SQ. APARTMENT: This loft is after a complete renovation and it has been reconstructed with a considerable attention. All chairs are original by Vitra so no plastic unstable replicas. The windows could be opened with a remote control. There is air-conditioning in the whole apartment to regulate the temperature during the summer. In the winter, the apartment is heated with radiators - which are gray to fit the design of the place. The location can hardly be any better since the apartment 40meters away from Wenceslas Square. There is a very small elevator which goes to the 4th floor and it can only fit two people. From there, you need to walk one floor up to the loft. All the appliances are by MIELE (dishwasher, stove,...) various types of coffee All utensils Tea Coffee Salt Pepper Hot Chocolate Interactive flatscreen wifi-smart TV Extra-High speed wifi internet (100MB/s) Sheets Linens Towels (1 big + 1 small/person) SLEEPING OPTION: one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom (one is not in the pictures) a pull out sofa which sleeps 2 people and is 140x200cm (very comfortable for daily sleeping) Grocery shop right in front of the apartment. All the shops and restaurants are on the same square. The apartment itself is very quiet since it is on the 5th floor. If you happen to forget your laptop, the TV could be used as a computer. You can search on (website hidden), chill out with a glass of wine and listen to the in build jukebox or synchronize your camera and take the first look at your pictures of Prague. ........................................................ Distances on foot: Wenceslas Square - 10 seconds Old Town Square - 5 minutes Charles Bridge - 10 minutes ---------------------------------------- This apartment is within walking distance from the train station and all metro lines (A,B,C). Excellent connection from both, the train station and the airport.

Please note that the elevator is very small and it can only fit 1-2 guests. Also, while the apartment went through a top notch renovation, the building is still int eh original condition and will be renovated some time next year.

Summary: The apartment is bright, clean and modern, and had all the amenities we needed. It is a perfect location for exploring Prague. The hosts communicate well and provided us with a good orientation to both the unit and Prague. Sarah has a guide regarding restaurants and such that she created. The driver, David, who they recommended for getting to and from the unit was also great and entertaining. We would highly recommend this little gem!

Summary: The appartment is very centrally located and yet quietly situated only a few metres from Wenceslas Square. It is less than a 10-minute walk from Prague's main train station to the appartment. The sights and restaurants can all be reached on foot or by tram. The building in which the penthouse is located is historic and is actually being renovated. The courtyard and staircase are actually a construction site (06/23), but it will certainly be very nice when the work is finished. The lift is the smallest I have seen so far in my life. Only one person fits in it. But better narrow than walking up five floors with suitcases ;-) The appartment is well furnished. The renovation was done a few years ago and some parts should be repaired. But all in all, a very good appartment. The air conditioning is urgently needed because the large glass surfaces let in a lot of sun and heat. The kitchen facilities offer everything you need to have a nice breakfast in the appartment. Fresh rolls, croissants and pain au chocolat are available 300 m away on Wenceslas Square in a French bakery (branch store). We appreciate it when an appartment is centrally located. On a hot day, you can take a nice break in the appartment. And you don't have to stay on the way. We would like to thank the two hosts and wish them every success.
