This stylish contemporary house provides a serene and secluded mountain retreat on 10 acres of scenic splendor, just steps away from crystal clear waters of Swan Lake. The house has 360 degrees spectacular views of mountain ranges, lake and an abundance of nature at its finest. Perfect for family reunions, romantic getaways & city escapes Over the hill from 250 acre 19th century bucolic farm with barns and grazing cows. Sullivan County boasts some of the best and most varied fall foliage in the Catskills. Pool stays open from early May through September 30th. Stylish vintage modern mixed with contemporary designer furnishings, art on the walls, asian accents, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, 12'X 30' deck , cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows along length of the house and newly finished recreation room . The pool sits on top of the hill, landscaped with flowering trees and newly finished decking and cabana.
Stunning spacious living & dining room with designer furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, naturally lit office space, Bedroom on main floor has 2 singles, w/ attached bath, dressing room and cedar sleeping den with full bed. Sleeping loft with 2 singles accessed from the cedar den. An additional full bath on main floor, 2 bright & furnished bedrooms downstairs with queen and full beds and laundry room with Kenmore washer/dryer. Morsoe Danish stainless steel wood burning stove on main floor. 5 min walk to Swan Lake. In-ground fenced-in private heated pool ( 40' x 20') sits atop the property with breathtaking views while you swim and soak in the rays. Very private and serene. Large cambara deck with dining table and chairs, bbq grill facing the mountain range. Cabana, hammock , loungers , cedar decking by pool side.

Summary: Beautiful place. Very comfortable. Great kitchen. Wonderful views out the window walls. Nice deck for grilling. Large fenced in pool. Easy access. Lots of seats. If you have kids, bring pool toys and mats. Fire pit was nice. Plenty of stars. Sky Link floated by in the sky while we toasted marshmallows.

Summary: The property is a perfect escape for anyone looking for an easy ride from NYC to rest, relax and recharge. House was big enough for 7 of us. The various outdoor areas made it perfect for both group hang outs and time to split off and have some moments of quiet. The house is wonderfully decorated and if I ever visited in the winter, would love to spend the week just reading all the wonderful books throughout the home. Hikes/runs around the lake in the morning, dip in the pool in the afternoon and camp fires at night.

Summary: Our family had a great time escaping the city heat to Anna's bright and open house. We had to deal with some bad weather during part of the trip but the main living area is so nice that it didn't feel like much of an inconvenience. The kitchen is modern and well stocked and as people who like to cook we found the array of serving dishes to be a nice surprise. The hot tub and pool were great and we spent most of our days swimming. We were only three people so didn't need all the bed rooms but when we had friends visit and it got late it was nice to be able to offer them the spare room rather than driving home through the fog. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. If I had to nitpick then maybe the end of this season the grill will need a few internal replacement parts and it would be nice to have a stone path up to the pool since that area got somewhat muddy/slippery because we dealt with rain the first few days.

Summary: Our family had an amazing stay at this property. It was clearly well maintained and cared for by the owners. My kids never wanted to leave the pool! Beautiful views from the deck and fire pit. Location was great for our family. Quiet but close to drive if you need supplies. Thanks Anna!

Summary: The house was amazing and the views beyond what we expected. Of course the pool we all loved the pool, but the kids especially my son could not get enough of the pool. Anna was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We can only image what fall foliage must look like here. We hope to visit again soon.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Anna's light filled home. The house is modern but warm, and the property was full of gorgeous colors at the height of Fall. We took some good hikes and enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. Everything was exactly as advertised and communication with Anna was completely seamless. Strongly recommend.

Summary: This is my second time visiting this beautiful mountaintop sanctuary. I had such a wonderful time with my family and friends. It's a peaceful getaway and the house offers cozy resort comforts. Our host Anna is amazing... She is right there if you need her. Her summer home has all the amenities including a open kitchen w/ mountain views... We barbecued on the deck all of Us having glasses of wine toasting while gazing out at the valley .... listening to the sounds of nature.. It's truly spectacular being upstate @ her home. I cycled every morning ... miles and miles of lush green farm pastures... quaint little towns... I waved to folks constantly w/ joy... I truly enjoyed my stay... each room in the dwelling is fantastic... feels like an art gallery with these beautiful colors adorning the walls... What a special experience one may have... & guess what... I'm booking this location again no doubt..!!... Kudo's to Anna with 5 big stars !!!

Summary: Our quick family visit and getaway was perfection in every way and thanks to this beautiful home we had the pleasure to stay at Sparkling clean, beautiful new kitchen , gorgeous light all day, comfortable bed, attention to detail and thoughtfully designed The house is in a very rural farmland area which was ideal. We ventured out to Debruce hotel for dinner at their cellar bar which was wildly delicious.... We attempted a hike which pretty cold and icy so returned back home to the wood stove, hot chocolate and warm cider!
