Summary: We couldn't have been happier with our stay at this very pretty, well-located property, which was actually more attractive in real life than in the photos. We weren't surprised to learn that Leigh, the owner and contact, is also a designer, and It shows. Her attention to everyday detail made the house a pleasure inside and out. Pavilions is a great shopping experience, and don't miss Koontz Hardware, in business since 1938.

Summary: First and formost Property Manager Ally is excellent, very prompt on her reply’s to questions or issue that may arise. I recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in West Hollywood.

Summary: The house was very nice and the heated pool came in handy with the outside temps only in the 60,s during the day. I would recommend staying in this home. It is very convenient to many area attractions and shopping. The house manager Ally was a pleasure to work with and stayed in contact through out our stay. The only thing I would recommend doing to the home would be to replace the window coverings in the master bedroom so the light does does not shine through in the morning

Summary: This sweet home is a luxurious, very comfortable and quiet refuge within a very lively part of West Hollywood, and just a short walk to the Pacific Design Center and the home design stores on Beverly. The home is so lovingly appointed with unusual and stylish light fixtures, faucets and high-end appliances. Our interaction with the property manager, Ally, was welcoming and very caring. We enjoyed the privacy and security we sought. And, we felt that Ally was very attentive, and would have been right there should we had needed any thing. The home is a sweet, cozy, immaculately clean, very well appointed home. We felt embraced by its wonderful karma. And, the heated pool was delightful. Pavillions supermarket is a block away, just around the corner. We'd highly recommend walking to Viale Dei Romani in the Kimpton Hotel on La Peer for dinner. Also, the well known vegan restaurant, Gracias Madre, is a short walk. The Ivy is another hot spot that's just a short walk from this home.

Summary: We booked this house for a week+ in L.A. A family stay with two adults and two kids (6 and 14). Not first time in the city of angels but first in a rental house. The contact with Seth (owner) at time of booking and pre arrival was far better and faster than anyone can image or expect. At arrival first thing we noticed was everything looks better in reality than it does on the nice pictures, when step into the house it was just a big "Wow!". We had our best week ever in L.A.! Location is perfect, everything you'll need is in the house, in the kitchen, the pool was nice and clean, the house was clean. Seth and his team was very helpful with every question we came up with. When we visit L.A. next time, we'll probably go back and stay in this house again and if not, our first choice will be to contact Seth for other options before chose something else. We'd love to go back!

Summary: Thank you to Seth for providing such a fantastic property. Our party was 5 adults and the bungalow met our needs in every way. The standard was 5 star; we loved the attention to detail of the furnishings and the fully equipped kitchen. The property was in an ideal location; 2 minutes walk from local restaurants, bars and supermarket whilst at the same time it was in a quiet residential street, where you could relax by the pool away from the hustle and bustle. Seth was quick to answer any questions we had and we could not fault his customer service. We will definately recommend to others and hope to stay again in the future. We could not have chose a better vacation property! Thanks again for making our stay in L.A so enjoyable and memorable.

Summary: We searched high and low before choosing this house and we were blown away with the value we received for our money. The location is ideal (straddles West Hollywood and Beverly Hills) and the house is decorated in such great L.A. fashion that it had us sending pictures to our home decorator. Everything was clean, crisp and airy. The street is quiet and the backyard, pool and pool house were tranquil. We had 3 small children with us and they did just fine in the house as well. The owners could not have been more helpful or responsive. We would return, and likely will, in a heartbeat!

Summary: Fantastic property! This property is a must. It's in a great location in West Hollywood, is modern and bright. Very clean and looked after to the highest standard. The owners are great at making you feel welcome and are always on call to help.

Summary: i stayed at casa rafael for 10 days in April and it was the best house I have stayed at anywhere in the world. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the details were great. The owners are interior designers and it's quite obvious compared to the other houses i've seen. my daughter loved the pool house, i loved the amazing clawfoot tub in the master bathroom. and the location is just perfect, we walked to dinner almost every night to Ciccone's or Craig's or The Ivy. And La Conversation for breakfast was so lovely and right around the corner. But the best part of my stay was really the owners, Seth and Leigh. They were so responsive from the first time I inquired about the property. And the only time I contacted them during my stay was after a windy night and some leaves had fallen into the pool. The pool man was there in 10 minutes!! The house is subtle and tasteful, on a very pretty, quiet street. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to stay here. I will definitely be back.
