Positive: I loved the friendly staff, the quick self check-in and self check-out, the clean rooms, the luxurious feel for such a great price. There is a laundry and kitchen space in the hotel which was also convenient for me.

Negative: The only thing is that it’s a bit far from the center (by walk) but Bolt or Uber is just a 10 minute ride. So it wasn’t the worst thing in the world :)

Positive: The fact that everything is new, helps making a good impression. (The best impression of this hotel.)

Negative: The staff weren't very helpful. I was only given an access card without the usual paper showing the room number. There were no clear instructions on how to open the room door, which may sound basic, but we weren’t the only ones struggling with it. Only two towels were provided. During check-out, I stayed slightly over a minute, but the staff seemed more focused on the computer in the small office than on assisting guests at reception.
