Summary: This hotel is super comfy. I was so relaxed. The hotel is lux. Our townhouse was well equipped. Our dogs were made welcome as promised. On all parts of the property. One note, the private beach access this proxy has is not dog friendly. But there is plenty to do with the puppers

Summary: Beautiful pet friendly hotel. Friendly and courteous staff. We stayed in the townhome option and it was very comfortable. Complete with a beautiful kitchenette, two private balconies, personal EV charging inside personal garage unit, two fireplaces, outdoor heating, heated bathroom floor, there is too much to mention. Plus it's in a great location, walking distance to Harrahs and Cesars Maggie's restaurant on property was convenient and a very good for a nice meal. Definitely recommend Desolation Hotel!! we loved it.

Summary: We loved staying here, even for just one night. The room was beautiful, clean and gad dome very cool amenities. The front desk staff were all very helpful and nice, too. Location is good, but no view of the lake. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Very thing about the room was amazing, the fireplaces made for a nice atmosphere and we loved the heated floors in the bathroom
