Enjoy "Destin Breeze", just 75 yards away from the beach, in the lovely gated community of Emerald Waters Village. This upscale neighborhood has a community pool just beyond the gated entry with two convenient bathrooms. Destin Breeze is situated closest to the beach side of Emerald Waters Village offering three bedrooms, 2. 5 baths, a balcony overlooking a private pool to accommodate ten guests comfortably. Upon entering this fabulous beach retreat, you will love the cozy and accommodating design with comfort in mind. The kitchen has full size white appliances, fine granite counters, and all the utensils & housewares to prepare meals at home. The master bedroom is on the ground floor offering a beautiful king bed, fine bedding, and an ensuite private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, several coordinating chairs, and access to a half bath in the hallway. There is a nice glass top dining table for six as well as bar stools at the kitchen's breakfast bar for plenty of seating. You will love the wrought iron railing leading you upstairs to the second floor where you will find the guest bedrooms: a fine queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and a shared full bathroom with a tub and shower combo in between. You will enjoy the private balcony from the 2nd floor that overlooks the private pool and patio.

Summary: Overall the house was sufficient for our family. House was overall clean with the exception of the floors. Not sure if they did not have opportunity to mop but our feet stayed discolored. Carpeted rooms could use a cleaning. Propane tank was out and had to get replaced, door knob to utility room was loose and fell off when u opened the door. Maintenance never showed to repair. Overall we were satisfied with the house.

Summary: We were in a wonderful & friendly gated community. Our daughter loved the pool! We were close to any adventure Florida had to offer. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach access! We would definitely be coming back & would bring more family with us to experience this wonderful adventure.

Summary: Loved the home. Might want to update the outdoor furniture though . Some of the furniture was broke , uncomfortable with bars in your back or would completely fall backwards when you sat in it . So just needs a few items updated . Otherwise overall it was a great place with a cute little pool for the kids .

Summary: Upon booking this rental and reading the mixed reviews we were HIGHLY skeptical. Honestly had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The pool was in very much working condition and was used non stop by everyone the entire time we were there! All the codes given to us via email worked like a charm with no issues. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked ALOT! The grill worked with zero issues. The pictures do not do this place justice. They definitely need to be updated. The living furniture is updated and super comfortable. ALL the beds, including the bunk bed mattresses slept like a dream. THE LOCATION is perfect. The few complaints I have are minimal and would in no way shape or form keep me from renting here again. The ice maker in the fridge does not work, so you need to keep ice on hand. The fridge door is also loose on the bottom- maintenance might want to screw it tighter. The pool ladder is coming out of the ground, it could be dangerous if the wrong person pulls too hard. But there is another entry to the pool. When entering the beach entry for this subdivision it is stairs only, no ramps; meaning beach wagons and anything needing to be rolled must be carried up and down. This subdivision was lovely and adults and kids alike enjoyed our week here!!
