Welcome to Beaver Lake! This home is ideally situated in the heart of the Bourbon Trail, with easy access to Frankfort,
Lexington, Versailles, and Louisville.
This three-bedroom cozy and comfortable lake house will sleep six and satisfy the needs of the entire family. House location can accommodate travelers with various interests such as relaxation, sightseeing, fishing, bourbon or wine tasting, and provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the beautiful state of Kentucky.
🛶 Our waterfront home is located on Beaver Lake in Lawrenceburg, KY, and offers a private dock with easy access to a public boat ramp. See the Kentucky Wildlife regulations for Beaver Lake usage. This quiet and peaceful lake is perfect for fishing and kayaking. We hope you will take advantage of the property’s dock for fishing or relaxation.
🏡 Upon entering the house, you are immediately welcomed by abundant natural lighting. House features a new interior, a very large partially covered deck with a beautiful lake view, a screened porch on the basement level, a gazebo sitting area, and a fire pit. In addition, this property features Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening shot of bourbon or a glass of wine.
🏠 The house's main floor offers two bedrooms with comfortable king and queen beds, two full baths, and an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, and living areas.
Each bedroom has a TV and a large TV in the living room. Each bedroom has an attached en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy the brand-new walk-in showers with removable shower heads after a day visiting distilleries, fishing, or sightseeing. Each room has a piece of furniture to unpack your clothes or a bench to lay out suitcases on for easy access.
🎰 A spiral staircase leads to the finished walk-out basement, where you will find a large room set up for entertaining, such as an air hockey table, video arcade machine, TV, popcorn machine, poker table, and board games. The basement area makes a perfect sleeping space as needed, with a motorized queen-size Murphy bed. The basement living area has a full bathroom. In addition, the basement features a gas fireplace heater.
🪵 The entire house has wood accents and bourbon-themed and lake-related decorations.
👩🏻‍🍳 A brand-new kitchen is fully equipped to make meals. It offers a gas cooktop and unique quartz countertops. An open floor plan invites guests to gather for a delicious meal or a drink.

Summary: This is a perfect getaway place, but close to restaurants and grocery stores. Such a peaceful quiet neighborhood, beautiful yard & lakefront view. Gorgeous desk with lots of seating and partially covered which was wonderful when it was raining. Hot tub was a a great relaxer! So many amenities, from everything you need to prepare meals, fun little snacks, choices of coffee and teas, games and activities inside and out. We had our family business meeting here with a couple of excursions to see some of the distilleries in the area and toured Keeneland Race Track. Nice big dining table for all four of us to have our computers and work from. We all have Verizon phone service, which did not get good reception at the house - but the wifi worked great. We would have loved to stay an extra day or two.

Summary: The lake house on Beaver Lake is one in a million! Kevin and Irina go over and above to make sure you have everything you need as well as everything you might want. They give you the royal treatment!! I highly doubt I will ever find another place to compare. Go, Enjoy! And the area is beautiful, quiet, and neighbors are so friendly. I couldn't recommend it more.

Summary: This property will exceed all of your expectations. All the comforts of home and more! The host/hostess went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! We were welcomed with a basket of goodies and endless amenities. Irina and Kevin were beyond wonderful and even went as far as to drop off a cake and gift for a friends birthday celebration! The home had a wonderful deck with beautiful lake views. Great central location to bourbon trails and racetracks. Very very clean and beds are super comfy - house is decorated very cute and homey! If your looking for a place that’s a 5 star look no further!
