Summary: Four years after our first stay we finally got to go back here, thank you COVID!! Firstly, we love it here, mainly because the property is in a great location, close to Ravda, Nesebar, Pomorie, good beaches, waterpark and Burgas airport, the swimming pool with kids pool attached for our girls, brick BBQ, two good size bedrooms and nice open plan kitchen/dining and sitting room area, as well as great views across fields to the coast. Having said that, a lot needs updating and/or repairing, this goes for the property as well as the wider resort. It is certainly not as it states in the resort’s website and literature, “luxury”. Sticking to the property, here are a few things that need attention: - All the beds need sheets that actually fit the mattresses, as they were all too small. - All the beds need new mattresses, they are all the metal spring type, very old and not good quality. - The sofas are also very old, although still fairly comfortable and have visibly been cleaned recently, they are stained on the arm rests and seat cushions. - The TV needs replacing and so does the Freeview box. The TV is tiny and so old it doesn’t have USB or HDMI connectors. The Freeview box was completely dead and wouldn’t even switch on / light up. We asked reception to deal with it several times and they promised to send someone to take a look at it and replace the box, but neither happened, so we were without TV for the whole two weeks. - The Wi-Fi needs upgrading, as slow and patchy. Not apt for a family with several phones and tablets. - The kitchen needs most of its equipment updating, pots, pans, glasses, coffee machine and fridge. - Finally the swimming pool’s plastic grid above the overflow channel is broken in many places and unsafe, especially with small children. Again, we loved both of our stays for the overall experience but came away each time with a bit of bad taste left in the mouth. With a bit of investment many of these things could be put right and come close to what is promised in the adverts and websites descriptions. Would we go back, probably, but only if the price is adjusted to reflect the state of the property and its amenities. We will definitely shop around next time.

Summary: Had a great stay at Corinne’s villa. Nice pool and great location. Being on a hotel complex gave best of both worlds. Corinne’s communication was very good as well & very helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Summary: The property is exactly as advertised. It was spotless upon arrival with a great introduction leaflet created by Corinne. The complex is guarded and is extremely safe. The pool is gorgeous and the staff were helpful and friendly. Every trip throws up a few curve balls - tv not working *due to lack of use during corona* but this was fixed quickly by hotel maintenance - the jets on the pool were not working - as with everyone else in the complex too so this was unavoidable and had zero impact on our stay. The rooms were comfortable, each bathroom has a bath!! Unique in Bulgaria! Staying at the villa gives you full use of hotel amenities - and only 1 suggestion - can you upload some more photos of the pools, kids playground and big pool as would have been great to see before we went. Although the surprise was really nice - discovering cool places in the complex ourselves. Overall a brilliant stay! Thank you so much Corinne and entire team at the hotel! Ben

Summary: With it's pleasant peaceful location Corrine's villa was an ideal base for our 9 day stay near the Black Sea coast which we booked primarily to observe autumnal bird migration along the 'Via Pontica' route.

Summary: Well-located and well-appointed, this villa ticks all of a small family's ‘holiday boxes’. The pool is clean and a perfect size for a small family, maintained to a high standard by being cleaned at least twice a day (!). The inside of the villa is spacious and comfortable, the open-plan kitchen / dining / living area offering a relaxed and practical area for a lunchtime escape from the heat or a relaxing family dinner. As for the neighbouring villas then yes, they are quite close, but the one downhill from us was long-term unoccupied at the present and the uphill one was host to two friendly family groups in our eleven days there. You may however occasionally hear the quaint traditional sound of the Dutch boys’ stag do arriving home from Sunny Beach as it permeates your dawn slumbers. As for the food and drink in the environs then a short drive (or taxi) to Nesebar Old Town or Medovo both work very well, as does the two-minute walk to the smaller of the two onsite restaurants. Our favourites were Old Andromeda in Nesebar and the exquisite Crystal Bar in Medovo (try the rabbit). Slightly further then Sveti Vlas offers a selection of ‘Sunny Beach +’ dining options, mostly around the marina, and Burgas is only a short drive and probably worth it in the end, although cities will be cities. The Thursday market in Kableshkovo, despite much hype, was a tad naff. Our adopted taxi driver for the week, Danny from Moss Side, described it perfectly as a ‘car boot with a few bits of fruit’. Still, if you are still searching for that reconditioned four-valve 6.5 HP Kohler OHV engine for your old trusted lawnmower then you just may find that perfect bargain. Having the larger communal hotel pool, bars and restaurants on site was one of the draws that took us to Aheloy, and it worked out OK in the end. The smaller of the two restaurants was very good, so much so that we patronised it three times. The larger restaurant is undoubtedly of lower quality but still palatable. As for the pool and bar area then we only went a couple of times as it wasn’t what we were expecting, but don’t take our word for it, who knows, you may be the sort of person who is entertained by the old dear in the wheelchair in ITV’s Benidorm. All-in-all, a fine holiday, one of our better ones most likely, all garnished with friendly and efficient communication with Corinne. But don’t just take our word for it as the other positive testimonies on this site convey.

Summary: We found the journey from the airport straight forward and were greeted with the keys on arrival. We selected this villa so we could enjoy the peace and quiet that villa accommodation allows but also so our teenage girls had access to the extra facilities the hotel provided. We enjoyed the pool bar and both restaurants as well as treating ourselves to massages. The villa was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We were able to pick up supplies from the hotel shop for the first day and then we got a taxi to the nearby supermarket for 30LV. The private pool was great and was cleaned regularly although a little cold for me the kids loved it. There was a basket full of floats to lounge on. We didn't hire a car as we fancied having a few drinks in the evening but managed to get cheap taxi transfers to Nessebar (which is gorgeous) and Sunny Beach (good for shopping, clubbing, cheap meals and drinks). Overall this was a great holiday, very relaxing and Corrinne was great to deal with. Many Thanks

Summary: This villa has everything we could possibly need for a wonderful week in Bulgaria. The pool was very clean and the friendly pool maintenance chap came everyday to keep it spotless. Our children 4 and 2 loved it. Outide there is also a great bbq and loads of seats. The gardens are well maintained. Bulgarian roses everywhere. The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed. We had a car and so easy to do the 5 min drive to Lidl for supplies. Easy access to the beach by car and 2 waterparks just down the road. The only unfortunate aspect was that the villa backs onto a field of sunflowers and they will definitely bloom next week! Thank you

Summary: This peaceful villa property with pool situated on the outskirts of the Vineyards Resort overlooks fields of sunflowers, the town of Nessebar and the sea in the distance and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday. Lidl supermarket is a short drive away from the resort where you can buy any groceries you may require during your stay, (Taxis are very cheap). The resort’s amenities are available to use if you want. Thoroughly recommended.

Summary: Great house and location but partly because the houses and the resort around us where very empty and partly because of its vicinity to Nessebar, supermarkets and some of the beaches a really good. The house needs a lot of furnishings etc. repairs and the intinerary is very detailed so took ages to check. A lot of errors so make sure you do it and report everything. Corinne is quick to answer and very reasonable, we had a great holiday with our two little girls and would happily go back.
