The bedroom also have a futon sofa lounge bed, desk and chair, and a walk in closet. Work or study in a quiet relaxing environment. Like cooking, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a lot of amenities (coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, toaster, cookware, silverware, and utensils). We have a 81” granite island w/ 4 bar stools great for family time or socializing. Also in the kitchen you’ll find complementary snacks and drinks. In the bathroom we have a massage shower w/ a rainfall and hand held shower head and 8 adjustable jet nozzles. Summary: The place was clean, the one actual bed was comfortable, the futon was ok. Due to unforeseen circumstances, some members of our family of 7 were unable to join us, so I am not able to comment on the blowup mattresses for larger groups. The kitchen seemed to be stocked with enough dish ware and appliances to make food. Again, due to a change in circumstances, we ended up ordering takeout and going to Belle Isle to meet the rest of our family, so we did not actually use the kitchen for more than making hot water! 😁 The host was responsive to my communications and check-in was smooth. He explained things well and was flexible. It met our needs and I am grateful for the use of the facility.

Summary: Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very roomy, modern, and clean!! Would definitely recommend this property to someone. You won't be disappointed. The location is perfect! Four minutes from downtown, close to the Riverwalk and The Eastern Market. Overall great place to stay.
