Positive: Devi Kripa is the best home stay compared to the other home stays where i have stayed earlier in Varkala. Mr. Sudheer Kumar is courteous, helpful, friendly person. He ensured our stay was comfortable. Very well maintained and clean property.

Positive: This accommodation is in an excellent & quiet location. All of the main attractions of Varkala are within a 5 minute walk. The owner of the Devi Kripa Residency could not have been more helpful & accommodating. Also, I don't think that I've ever stayed in cleaner accommodation, it was spotlessly clean. All credit to the owner & his staff.
Negative: It was very hot in Varkala when I stayed there & the A/C took a little while to cool the room.

Positive: The property was near lots of options, but far enough off a main road that it was very quiet at night. The accommodations were also very clean and a communal fridge was nicely available as were cooking utensils and plenty of fresh drinking water. The host also took care of a load of my laundry, even putting it through twice when he found it still needed more washing. Staff were also friendly and especially the host was very helpful and kind in assisting me to help buy train tickets then going down to the train station itself and making sure I got on the correct train. The host really went above and beyond the call of duty and made me feel like my experience and happiness very much mattered to him.
Negative: All was good.
Summary: Great stay near the beach but quiet with a super awesome host.
