Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at the Park View Schoolhouse! It was an excellent place to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday with his grandparents. This location had the perfect number of amenities and ample parking. We enjoyed the vicinity to the park and brewery too!

Summary: The home is charming and has higher end finishings. Bright and cheerful main room. Nice solid furniture, comfy couches. TV’s everywhere. This place has room to spread out. Screened in porch was an awesome option for dining and morning coffee, you can even enjoy the campfire without the mosquitoes. We enjoyed our stay. The loft can get pretty hot so make sure to use the ceiling fans. Plenty of towels for our large group. Kitchen was well stocked. No dishwasher probably because the kitchen is a bit on the small side. nice big fridge. Temperature, like many homes,was cold downstairs and quite warm in the loft sleeping area.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at the Schoolhouse. It is very close to Devils Lake and other fun places like wineries, Dr Evermore’s Sculpture Park and the Baraboo Candy Store. The house is clean and well stocked.

Summary: Such a great updated theme rental. We (mom, three sons and partners with one 4 year old) were all able to find our own spots in this historic schoolhouse. There was room to spare but we were all super comfortable. The gathering room with bar height table was a buffet, our dining and game central. BUT the room that made this trip was the screened porch. From morning til late night, someone was always out there. Having Devils lake literally down the road and other Baraboo stops made this 5 day vacation so memorable. We never even went into the Dells. Our extended family came in for a reunion of 27 who gathered at the lake then came for dinner and trivia in the evening. We heard some envious comments about our little secret find. We will be returning. There is no dishwasher, but that’s what we call special family time!

Summary: The schoolhouse was a perfect spot for our annual Devils Lake vacation. We loved how much space there is for relaxing and having fun as a family. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had every utensil. Eating meals on the screened porch was a treat. The 30-second drive to the Devils Lake entrance was as short as you can ask for. We all agreed we would love to stay here again.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Devils Lake School House! It was the perfect home for our vacation and was exactly as described. Our favorite part was the screen porch where we started and ended each day. I had my kids, my Mom, and my sister's family and there was plenty of room for all of us. The owner was very responsive and super easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

Summary: Perfect location to enjoy all Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells has to offer. We hiked Devils Lake and the Riverfront in the Dells. Enjoyed visiting and eating at Driftless Glen, Ishnala and Tumbled Rock. The covered porch at the schoolhouse was especially great for our gatherings. The schoolhouse is well accommodated and the owners were extremely responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the Devils Lake Schoolhouse.
