Positive: We stayed for one night with 3 adults and 2 dogs and had such an amazing time. The house is huge, very clean, and extremely spacious, with everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the swimming pool and spent most of our time enjoying it. The backyard was incredible with so many things to do and play. There was even a telescope, which we used to see Jupiter and the moon so clearly , such a special experience. There’s also a kids’ cubby house with toys and animals, which was lovely to see. We even played table tennis and pool table too. We even spotted a llama, which was our dogs’ first time seeing one! Overall, the property was perfect for both adults and pets.

Negative: Honestly, nothing at all , we absolutely loved our stay. But maybe to provide bath mats as water was getting wet on the floor.

Summary: A fun, relaxing, and unforgettable stay in a beautiful, spacious home – we can’t wait to come back, especially in summer

Negative: The gardens are unkept, the only tv in the property doesn’t work, mould around base of shower and place wasn’t cleaned properly dust around especially on the table the tv is on and in all the ac units, old sponge left for washing dishes dishwasher filter dirty, recycling bin already full to the top.

Positive: From the moment we arrived with the ease of using a keycode for the door (no keys to misplace!) The location was absolutely perfect for us with a shopping centre only minutes away. The house is spacious and bright, with very good wifi connection. It has very comfortable beds in all the rooms, the linen was good quality also with plenty of room to move. Amenities good and clean. Spacious parking and quiet at night. The garden is a fabulous size with lots of shade trees, it's fully fenced, the dogs loved it so plenty of room for them to run, play and chill out. The roses were in full bloom - just spectacular colours and fragrance! There are fruit trees, fish pond, animals and bunnys galore. The outdoor deck was pleasant to relax on with a glass of wine & a meal.

Negative: It would have been perfect if the jacuzzi was working as I was looking forward to relaxing in it, but it's not a deal breaker. Just that I don't have one at home, so was excited about using it :-) Also bath mats would have been handy but there were spare towels so we just used them outside the showers.

Positive: Everything! The location is great, country but convenient, shopping centres only 10 min drive away. It is also almost half way between Philip island and Rye, so allowed us to visit both. Dog loved it!!

Negative: The jacuzzi didn’t work… would have been perfect otherwise.
