Summary: The stay was good and reliable, although there is a see-through bathroom door. We struggled to work the aircon, but even without it it isn't bad. A good location for college-aged travelers as it's right by a campus and there's a tram stop nearby. Goodbye, ladder to bed and see-through toilets, it was great.

Summary: Reserved an upper bunk bed room without knowing how dangerous it would be, given that there is only one handle and it’s quite difficult to balance yourself if you’re not young and fit. I expressed my concerns and explained I was worried about having an accident (not joking, if you fall you could kill yourself due to the layout of the room) and I was transferred to a lower bunk room, AT A COST. They refused to waive the fee, claiming I was trying to get a more expensive room for free. I explained that my concern about my safety was genuine, and they were more concerned about 25 euros than ensuring my safety. I would not recommend this place; it’s far from everything, noisy and surrounded by abandoned properties. And, as I said, upper bunk beds are UNSAFE.

Summary: Great capsule hotel with more room capacity. Great first time experience for a capsule hotel. We had to leave the water for 10mns before it will get warm.

Summary: It’s a small room without a window. However, the mattress is very comfortable, the furnishings are top notch, and the staff are very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again. I heard more noise in my room from the doors opening and closing in the hallway than my neighbors.

Summary: I had a great time in the hotel. The room was way bigger than expected. The mattress was extremely comfy. Normally hotels have an extremely soft mattres were you sink in, really painful for my back. But this one was very firm and I slept like a baby. The hotel staff is kind, helpful and seems pretty experienced. The hotel is around 10 minutes away from the next tram station. Showering was really nice, the water got warm in less than a minute. The pressure was fine as well. The mirror had a part, I guess, warmed so even if you used hot water, you could use the mirror part exactly over the sink. Very nifty tbh Sadly this time I did not booked the breakfast with the room but will do so the next time I visit. But I can't say what quality the breakfast has for now. one tiny thing: sadly no small fridge in the room. BUT I was aware of that, before I booked the room. Just something I hope will one day be put into the rooms as well. I will book their again as soon as I plan my next trip. The quality for this price is more than fair. :)

Summary: It was quiet first night then outside of hotel was celebrations and firework,very loud.Also you can hear next door persons in their bathrooms,very thin walls .Nearest tram is 12 min on foot ,then change to metro 52 Noord to Amsterdam Central-15-20 minutes . No hand towels provided-must use bath towel and no towel rails for drying in bathroom Price was accordingly to service .I didn't use dining .There is Starbucks by metro station
