Positive: It was an affordable, comfortable option close to downtown and Diamond Head. The room was spacious, and the lanai had a nice view. There was free parking nearby and a lot in the building for a fee. I would stay there again.

Negative: It’s a bit run down but still a great value for the price. There was no coffee.

Positive: The location was amazing! Right on the water, beautiful views, sunsets and full moon setting! The ability to stand right on the sea wall and watch the ocean with an occasional sea spray! Right next to Diamond Head, the far end of Waikīkī , away from the over crowded Waikīkī Beachfront with so many people, buildings, and no parking. The property is across from Kapiolani Park , a few steps from Kaimana Beach, and plenty of parking! Amazing!

Negative: Without a car, only one convenience store in close walking distance.

Summary: Reasonable walking distance to Waikīkī Beach and a lot of shopping places, EPIC property location!

Positive: The view from the 12 floor was incredible. From the front door to the patio.

Negative: Over all building was nice, kept clean. How ever getting your key or fob was a pain. Not only did we have a hard time, we help other couples coming in that were having a hard time opening the locking system they have in place. The noise from the street was awful because we were the last room on the 12th floor next to the fountain and street was very loud with cars, motorcycle drag racing, and drunk people walking back to their place. The walk to waikiki down town is 1.2 miles. 10 mins to Waikiki beach. When I booked on booking.com I never saw the pic of the room I got or was getting. I never would have booked it. This was an anniversary trip for me and my husband. I wanted a little fancier then I got.

Negative: Tried to contact property owner when lock box was a problem opening. He didn't seem helpful, but one of the other people staying there had the same issue and figured out the lock box.

Positive: Great apartment, clean and confortable. Fantastic location. Easy check in. Great communication with host and beautiful views of Diamond Head. Highly recommended.

Negative: The bedroom could be improved with blackout curtains. The windows are large and the current curtain is see-through, allowing a lot of light to come in. This has affected our sleep.

Positive: The location is great: 20 minutes walk from Waikiki beach, right next to the Diamond Heasd Steate park (10 min drive). The closest beach is 5 5-minute walk. The apartment has great views of the ocean (nice view of sunset) and Diamond Head mountain. There is a nice park right outside. The place has everything that you need to make breakfast or a quick lunch during the day. The parking is free from 6 PM to 10 AM, right along Kalakaua Avenue, and 50 cents per hour from 10 AM to 6 PM. There is also free parking along the Paki Ave. The bed is big with comfortable pillows. The water is hot almost instantaneously and plenty of it.

Negative: The apartment is tiny. There is no place for luggage or hanging clothes, only the dresser with 4 usable drawers. The fridge can not be closed all the way (the gasket on the door is old and does not seal the door), so it heats up and leaks condensation all the time. We had to use one of the towels to prevent a water puddle from forming in the middle of the room. The air conditioner does not shut off automatically if it reaches the desired temperature. The entry door frame is all rusty and has a gap, so it is constantly making a banging noise from the wind.
