Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool view was beautiful, and the place was very quiet and private—perfect for relaxing. The reception staff were very nice and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The host was responsive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would happily stay again.
Negative: The property is surrounded by nice bushes that fit the design very well and give a natural, tropical feel. Since this is a tropical country, mosquitoes are expected. The house has mosquito nets on every window, although mosquitoes can still enter quickly when opening the door. However, this did not affect our stay much at all. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the place.

Positive: Very clean small villas in a nice 'villa park', excellent bed which was softer than usual in Thailand. Very convenient motorbike rental on location. Last but not least, outstanding price/quality ratio, even including a transfer to the nearby airport.
Negative: There should be more kitchen utensils, for example a simple beer bottle opener, but this is a detail.
