Positive: Nice spacious apartment, air con and WiFi both worked well. Aeon mall is a 5 minute walk and has a great food selection in the basement supermarket where you can sit in and eat or takeaway to reheat at home. Bakery is discounted from 9-10pm so worth nipping in to pick up pastries for the next morning if you are passing at the right time.
Negative: Was not told that we needed a pass for the pool and we werenโ€™t given one. In fact, wasnโ€™t given any information on checking in, only knew about breakfast because we queried it. When we asked for a pool pass it wasnโ€™t available and the pool sergeants (literally whistling at everyone for anything, even witnessed them whistling at a 3/4 year old child having a meltdown because she was over the line with crocs on) would not accept the temp pass provided by the landlord. We waited by the pool, on a sun-bed next to the pool โ€œsergeantsโ€ desk but landlords staff claimed they couldnโ€™t find us by the pool - itโ€™s not that big and we were watching the whole time, nobody was looking around and nobody approached the desk, it was a lie so the host didnโ€™t look bad as messages were visible to booking.com. Kids left disappointed as they werenโ€™t allowed in. Kids splash park only on for a few hours each day. Breakfast options limited to the point we didnโ€™t bother, went to aeon mall bakery instead. Toiletries appeared to be what previous guests had left - used toothpaste, body wash in one shower, conditioner in the other. Luckily we always bring our own.
Summary: Apartment lovely. Shame about the management of the complex/pool.

Positive: Great location, 1 hour from the airport. Close to the massive supermarket (walking distance with lights to cross the traffic) Kmart stocked with good deli supplies. Rooms were clean and comfortable great air conditioning. Bathrooms have a little damage/wear from mould but is to be expected from this climate. Pool closes at 8pm has life guards. Not too deep. Good coffee etc near pool Would stay again. With 2 star reviews, we didn't think.it would be this good. Check in was a little weird... no front desk staff after hours we instead went to a restaurant also did free cooked breakfast. Delicious! Eggs, pho, rice
