Summary: This is a cute place with an amazing view. Unfortunately there was a problem with the listing regarding the number of beds (apparently an issue on VRBOs end?), so it didn’t work for our family. The property manager was responsive to the problem and helped us reach a fair resolution.

Summary: Property was tucked in an adorable subdivision with great amenities for lounging & cooking. Other than the dampness & my personal issues with carpet, it was perfect for my huaband & I. View & sopt across the Pebble Bebble Beach Dr. was amazing as we watched the sunset!

Summary: Great 1bedroom place. Very nice, clean, big towels, kitchen with what you need. The entrance is separate from main house so very private. View of ocean is lovely! Great location with easy access to restaurant and beach area. We liked it so much we extended one day! Would come back for sure

Summary: This is an addition built over the garage of the 1-story home. It has a separate entrance and doesn't share walls with the home except for the stairwell which is near the home's kitchen with a very small amount of faint kitchen sounds that drift up the stairs. It feels very private and is very quiet. The living room and bedroom windows have a view of the ocean that is across the street. There are a couple park benches across the street on a bluff to enjoy the view as well. There isn't a kitchen table & chairs but there are folding tray tables and folding chairs that can be setup in the kitchen or in the living room to enjoy the view while you are eating. I was by myself and this worked fine for me. I would recommend that window blinds be added to the bathroom window for privacy. Not strictly necessary as the houses aren't close together but would be more comfortable after dark when the lights are in use. There are blinds on other windows. I was very comfortable here and would happily return if I am visiting the area again.
