Positive: The staff were great and the property beautifully cared for. The chef cooked beautiful food. The private swimming pool. The rooms and gardens were perfect. The small details around the property were lovely.
Negative: Our vegetarian and gluten intolerant family members were a few times forgotten by the chef and so they had to go without a meal.
Summary: A wonderful stay in a beautifully loved, clean and cared for property.

Positive: There were staff already at the house to welcome us in so did not need to collect the keys from anyone.
Negative: A few small things, there wasn't night security guard which is usually the case and previous stay here there was. Staff working days was not made clear from the beginning, it appears the staff including chef are off on weekends and left much earlier than expected, despite that not being made clear. this issue was discussed with the owner and resolved over time.

Positive: Our team of 10 people loved this villa - the interior and exterior are beatiful, comfortable and authentic; everything is pristine clean; the staff is great and the host is frienldy and open! I hightly recommend this lovely villa to everyone, hope to get back there)

Positive: food and the cook was flexible in his times and doing part of the groceries.
Negative: It was unclear before that they worked half days in the weekend. The price of the message lady was 3000, and we thought it was 2000. Ernesta was unexpectly gone a day and we were not able to reach anyone at the house because we had no other phone nrs (we were out to wasini)

Positive: Vey beautiful villa, well designed and well maintained, clean and with good, helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay, and would have liked to stay longer!
Negative: The 3 rooms in the Annex were good, but it would be nice if they were upgraded to the same standard as the 3 rooms in the main house, which are indeed superb.
